”Laadukas hotelli. Hyvä sijainti kaupungin keskustassa. Kaikki nähtävyydet kävelymatkan päässä. Erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen hotelli. Erinomainen ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Ainoa miinuspuoli huoneissa on huono ääneneristys. Home mukavan kokoinen. Wi-Fi ei ollut kummoinen ja meni usein pois päältä. Seuraavalla kerralla palaamme mielellään tähän samaan hotelliin ehkä kuitenkin hyvän aamiaiskokemuksen ansiosta.”

The hotel has been renovated well and to a decent standard. A few money grabs that really should not have been there with a 4 star hotel like charging for pool towels and parking. But can’t fault the team and place overall”

Rooms were nice and fresh but missing a lot of basics for a self catering room with cooking facilities.
Beds were like wooden boards and had no comfort whatsoever.
Noise between rooms was unbearable and had no sound protection, especially with an over noisy neighbour ”
”The rooms are beautifully decorated and the outdoor space is very beautiful as well with all the plants and nice buildings. It has a look of a five-star hotel, but the service is not up to 5* so 4* is the most accurate description.
The only disappointment was the service at the restaurant outdoor patio where I ate twice. The first time it was understaffed and it was hard to get any attention. The second time the waiter forgot to bring me the water and when I asked him for it he looked astounded...
”This hotel has he best and nicest staff that we’ve ever encountered! The breakfast and the penthouse terrace were fantastic as well as the room with a fabulous bed and aircon. We highly recommend this hotel when in Lo Pagán.”

Puinen WC-paperiteline oli surkein kaikista. Ainoastaan osa henkilökunnasta oli ystävällistä. Parkkitalossa oli loistava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.”
”We stayed for a night with our 2 month old baby and had a lovely time. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were really helpful and welcoming, the pool was lovely and clean. Great breakfast, very good for people with allergies ”

”Amazing view! Just amazing view to the lagoon. Sunset plus city lights/ street lights in the silhouette. 11/10 there could be some vegetarian options at the breakfast and amazingly no salad or cucumbers etc. veggies otherwise breakfast was also very good with fresh fruits and lots of eggs and stuff. Good breads and pastries. Rooms are a bit noisy as there is no insulation on the doors and walls a bit thin also. :)”
