”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it. Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working. Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place. Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”I was in a non smoking room that had cigarette butts on the floor, on the telephone key pad, ashes on the side on the tub, there were wrappers on the floor, the chair had crumbs in it, the pillows and sheets had stains and snot on them and the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it. It smelled horrible!! I didn’t even stay! There was no way I would ever stay there. It was so disgusting!”

”For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff -...

”Booked a room last minute for 2 nights for a hockey tournament. Seeing the Wyndham name thought it was going to be decent. Front desk guy smelled of alcohol. Should have been my first clue to leave. Reluctantly stayed one night as we arrived late in the evening and had my 3 young girls with me that neede to go to bed. Entire building smelled like marijuana. Dogs barking in room next to us. Bathroom was in disrepair, Toilet seat not attached to toilet! Heater/AC unit not functioning...
