Charming 18th-century farm by a nature reserve

Welcome to a historic farm where you’ll stay in the main building, dating back to the 1700s. This stately log house has served as a hunting lodge for the Thams family and offers an authentic atmosphere with history echoing through its walls. Perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to experience farm life and nature.



You’ll have two spacious living rooms and a large kitchen at your disposal. The house provides plenty of space to gather and creates room for both socializing and private moments—perfect for larger groups or parties. The sturdy log construction bears the hallmarks of traditional craftsmanship.



Outside, the barn is home to 50 Old Norwegian Spælsau sheep that are happy to welcome visitors. The farmyard and the dock invite you to relax outdoors while you enjoy the view and the peaceful pace of country life.



You can explore the nature reserve with its exciting birdlife and old-growth forest right next to the farm. Borrow canoes and paddle down the waterway, or go on discovery trips in the forest. Here, you’ll find nature experiences right on your doorstep.
