Upea upouusi kattohuoneisto 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta Lomavuokraus Storey Lake Resortissa varmistaa, että sinulla on uskomaton loma. Makuuhuoneet koostuvat kahdesta makuuhuoneesta, joissa on sänkyyn tarkoitetut king-vuoteet, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kaksi vyöryä ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa kaksi kerrossänkyä. Good location and great pool but be prepared to stock up

The unit was not stocked well and the kitchen cookware is very cheap. We had to buy soap, detergent, trash bags, paper towels, tp, salt, sugar, etc. no extra towels and they were small and low quality as well. There was only 3 total rolls of tp for 12 guests in three bathrooms. This was close to being a really great rental but the finishing touches make a big difference. Fine overall if you know what to expect but I would not stay here again.

Family Reunion

We rented the property after viewing photos, and reviews. I can't say enough about how accurate everything was! It was better than I thought it could ever be. We walked into what looked like a castle! This property did NOT disappoint. We are so pleased with our stay!

Spacious but could use some improvements

The property was spacious and the neighborhood amenities were wonderful, but there were a few details that were quite lacking. 1) While very spacious, there was minimal furniture and no rugs on the completely tiled floor, making a cold and echoing environment. No clothes storage other than a single wire rack shelf in the closets and a small bedside cabinet in one of the kids rooms. The beds, living room sectional/tv, kitchen table & seating was as shown in the pictures. 2) Cleanliness wasn’t the best. We found a large ball of someone’s hair in the corner of one of the showers, as well as hair on the shower shelves themselves. The floors were clean, but in some corners there was buildup of dirt Also, the clothes washer was quite dirty, with significant mildew/mold buildup in the tub gasket, and a very strong musty/mildew smell inside. 3) The kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking pots and pans. The basics were there, but there were no mixing bowls, cutting boards, or serving dishes, and minimum utensils. There were no kitchen towels or potholders at all. This was frustrating. 4) The internet service was very spotty. Shows we were watching (on Netflix for example) would freeze while buffering for several minutes every 5-10minutes, and occasionally drop out all together and require turning the tv off and back on again to continue. There was a spectrum tv box/remote, but service was disconnected. I called for support and was told someone would come out but they didnt

Great place great response

This is a great location for our stay in Orlando to visit Disney. The air conditioner didnt work and the property manager was quick to respond with some options for us. We would definitely stay with them again if ever in the area.

Orlando Family Magic

Property is a large 4/3 condo that’s 15-25 minutes from all of the theme parks. Grocery store and other shopping just 5 minutes away. I read the other reviews and glad to share the place was clean and as advertised. The pool/lazy river was perfect for the kids. The place was a little under furnished in the two master bedrooms (no dressers) and the kitchen (which is huge) wasn’t as fully outfitted as we’ve seen but then who really cooks when you’re out at theme parks all day. Ours was a combination of business and family time and this penthouse worked out perfectly for us.

Worst management group I have dealt with

We arrived on Saturday, fridge did not work! Called and reported, they did not come out till Sunday. Looked at it and said that it was the electrical screen on front!! Had to call again on Sunday evening for it was still it working and the freezer was not now as well. Finally after two visits on Monday it was determined that fridge was not working. We had to cancel family dinner in Disney Springs and move into a house due to fridge not working. We lost some food from freezer and fridge! When I stated that there needed to be a night or two refunded due to what we had to deal with, they stated that they gave us a house when h to them was better than the penthouse we had stayed at and $50 credit to use the grill!!! Will never stay at another location that is managed by this company!! WORST EVER!!

My family loved our stay. Beautiful property, very spacious, great water pressure in the showers ( a great bonus). Swift replies. Near by toll-free hwy to Universal Studios & Disney. Unfortunately I had to drive a ways to get vegan food.

Great FL Memories

Location was very good, facility had a wonderful pool/water feature area. Unit was large and well decorated. Deferred maintenance (water damage and needed overall cleaning). I found it odd that the unit did not have basics - cookie sheets, kitchen linens and hot pads. Slightly passive aggressive tone to communication from management group about checking out on time, removing our garbage, etc or else.

The property is everything we loved the opens of the house and everything was clean the only thing was all the rooms didn't have a TV in them and the first night we had a problem with the elevator it went up to the 4th floor and drop us back down to the 3rd floor so we got off and took the stairs I reported to the security guard beside that we had a great stay.

Softball college trip

Furniture was filthy, missing several blind slats on multiple door walls. Was told there was smart TVs in every room and that was not true ! Tv provider they use did not provide any local channels. I spoke with management office next morning after we arrived and they assured us all issues would be fixed but that was not the case . Was told a company would be there immediately to clean the furniture but that did not happen. They put some slats up in great room door wall but did not replace any slats on the dining room door wall that only had 3 slats total on the entire door wall. There were not enough towels or xtra sheets. Very nice location easy access to everything but definitely would not stay here again . March 11,2022

Beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful! Our group loved it! The sofa was super comfy! Very quite area. The location is good, there are stores near by for all your needs. The only issue we had was the kitchen isnt fully stocked. I needed bigger bowls, oven pans, sharper knives etc. But nothing Dollar tree didn't solve. Great place and I highly recommend this penthouse!
