293- Fabulous 3 Bed Villa with Private Oversized Pool and Games Room Near Disney

Enjoy your dream holiday in Orlando whilst at this three bedroom villa on Tuscan Hills, Tuscan Hills is along US27 in Davenport.

The villa has a pool deck with an outside dining area, the perfect place to relax at the end of a fun day in the parks. When it gets too hot outside, head indoors to the lounge, or make use of the pool table in the games room.

The property is on peaceful Tuscan Hills, a gated community with a load of on-site facilities for guests to use during their stay. You can let the little ones run about in their own dedicated play area, before facing off against family and friends in the volleyball or tennis courts. You can also maintain your fitness regime in the community's on-site gym.

The lounge is near the entrance to the property with seating for six guests on a corner sofa, around a wall-mounted flat screen TV with built in Roku accompanied by a DVD player and Play Station 3, as
well as a set of patio doors leading out onto the pool deck, there are board games, playing cards and a large selection of books to keep you entertained during your stay.

The kitchen, with white appliances and plenty of cupboard space, all the kitchen utensils you need if dining in and a breakfast bar for two, is to the rear of the property and adjoins the lounge. The
dining area comfortably seats 6 guests, has patio doors which overlooks the pool.

The accommodation boasts a well-appointed Master suite with king size bed with Roku built in TV. There is a large closet with ample space to hang your clothes, including a safety deposit box. The en-
suite bathroom has a double sink and walk in shower with toilet facilities.
There is a further queen-sized double bedroom with Roku built in TV with a roomy closet. The third bedroom is a colorful Monsters Inc themed twin bedroom with Roku built in TV and closet. The
second bathroom which is shared between these two bedrooms has a bath with shower, single sink and toilet.
Both bathrooms have hairdryers and shaving sockets. There are plenty of spare towels. Beach / Pool towels are also available for you to use.

Outside, the property has its own South East facing private pool with a shady lanai and comfortable seating, ideal for eating Al Fresco style whilst taking in the peaceful and tranquil surroundings. This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting. For that added security with young children around the pool is safely netted. The area enjoys sunshine on the deck throughout the day. There are sun loungers too for the serial sunbather.

During the evening the deck and pool light up so you can not only enjoy relaxing outdoors during the day you can also enjoy the seating area in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine or cool beer.
For those who enjoy a little competition, the villa has a games room housing a pool table for your enjoyment during your stay. There is a washer and dryer located in the hallway. The outdoor at the
front of the property has private parking for up to two vehicles.

Walt Disney World is only 8.1 miles away, Margaritaville is located just a short drive away which has
bars, restaurants, water park and even a spa! Berry Town Center is minutes away from the villa
where bars, restaurants and a Publix Supermarket for everything you need. Golf courses nearby are
Champions Gate and Southern Dunes.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
