Your stay includes the resort's water park with lazy river and slides, a fitness center, arcade, spa and restaurant – and Walt Disney World is a short drive away. The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Regal Palms Resort & Spa – an elegant four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with high-speed internet that comfortably sleeps 10.



SLEEPING: two spacious bedrooms each with a king-size bed, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a full-size bunk bed – plenty of room for everyone. Three full bathrooms and a convenient half bath downstairs.

LIVING: a comfortable living area, a dining space for meals together and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide a welcome kit with basic home essentials to kick off your stay (replacing its items is the guest's responsibility).

RESORT: Regal Palms is famous for its water park – lazy river, water slides, pools and a hot tub – plus a clubhouse with fitness center, business center, arcade, spa, volleyball court and an on-site restaurant and bar. Resort access wristbands and parking passes are issued at the front desk when you check in (resort fee applies, see notes).



LOCATION: Walt Disney World is a short drive away, with the shops, restaurants and supermarkets of US-192 and Highway 27 just minutes from the resort.



Guest Access:

The whole townhome is yours to enjoy – all four bedrooms, kitchen, living area and laundry. Registered guests also enjoy full access to the Regal Palms Resort amenities: water park, lazy river, pools, fitness center, arcade, spa and restaurant.



RESORT FEE: Regal Palms charges a mandatory resort fee of $20 + tax per day, paid at the clubhouse front desk when you check in. You'll receive your resort gate pass, overnight parking passes (maximum of 3 vehicles per unit), amenity wristbands (maximum of 10) and a map to the unit. We appreciate your cooperation!



The Neighborhood:

Regal Palms Resort & Spa is a gated, family-friendly resort community in Davenport, just off US-27 and minutes from the Disney area. The townhome is a three-minute drive from the resort's water park and clubhouse, which includes a lazy river, water slides, pools, a fully equipped fitness center, business center, arcade, spa, volleyball court and restaurant.



Just outside the gates you'll find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and shopping along Highway 27 and US-192, with Walt Disney World, the Premium Outlets and the rest of Orlando's attractions an easy drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore, and parking is right at the townhome (overnight parking passes for up to 3 vehicles are issued at check-in). Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 40 minutes by car; US-192 and I-4 whisk you to Walt Disney World in about 20 minutes and to Universal Studios in about 35. Prefer not to drive? Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.



Other Things to Note:

AGE REQUIREMENT: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide matching ID upon request. Failure to provide ID will result in booking cancellation.



GUEST LIST: A complete list of guest names (first and last) is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival. Resort access will be denied if names are not registered.



RESORT FEE & CHECK-IN: Guests must stop at the resort front desk before entering the unit to pay the mandatory resort fee of $20 per day plus tax. You will receive a resort gate pass, an overnight parking pass (maximum of 3 vehicles per unit), amenity wristbands (maximum of 10) and a map to the unit.



HOUSE RULES: No parties. No pets. No smoking indoors. A $10 delivery fee applies; USPS does not deliver to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages.



AMENITIES: Pack 'n Plays and high chairs are available on request before check-in. Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod). After the starter supplies, guests restock as needed. Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items. Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE: We're always ready to help with any maintenance need – surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.
