The resort is on the Ronald Reagan Parkway and Champions Gate Blvd. giving it direct access to I4. Guests can enjoy easy access to all of the attractions parks: Disney World, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, and to all the restaurants, malls and well-known championship golf courses.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire House during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.
We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.
We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.
