Spent the first two hours just trying to check in. The host never put the booking under my name. Thought I was in the wrong location and drove around looking for any other nearby resort it could possibly be. Came back to wyndham after calling the hosts booking management service to sort things out. The resort itself was quite cozy and clean, no issues whatsoever. But the combination of the hosts failure to follow through with making sure i had a smooth check in and the unreliablity of the vrbo app made the initial experience extremely infuriating. Would definitely stay with wyndham again, but never through this host/platform.
