Solterra Resort is just a short drive away from Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood studios, Disney Springs, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Legoland. Moreover, Solterra is just few minutes away from a Publix supermarket, an array of restaurants and golf courses at Champion Gate, and a IMAX movie theater and Target located at Posner Park, along with other stores.
*Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
*Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
*Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
*The resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one-time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.
*There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened in lanai / pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.
*Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.
*Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.
*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
*You must be 25 years of age to book.
*Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community. If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know. The cost to clean, fix or replace the damage at hand will be billed to your reservation.
