****Please read carefully BEFORE paying for POOL HEATER *****

POOL HEATING IS $60 PER DAY, MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS $180, (EXCLUDING TAXES). Please book pool heat before your arrival. When you pay for the heater, it will be turned ON before your arrival at the property. The pool temperature is set to 88 degrees and it can not go more or the pool will turn green; the spa is set to 98 degrees. You will not be able to change the temperature yourself, however, we have a spa remote control installed on the wall where you will be able to turn on/off the spa jets. If you do require pool heat after you arrive, please note the pool does take approx. 24 hours to get to the desired temperature and there is an additional fee.



Also, please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 58 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up. Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, however, it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use.

If you wish to do this, we must be notified. By booking pool heat, the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.


HOUSEKEEPING: Before check in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our professional housekeeping team.
Clean sheets and towels will be provided for guests. We will be following CDC cleaning standards.
Other things to note
- Pool maintenance and outdoor lawn cleaning may occur during your stay. The lawn care company and pool maintenance do not schedule appointments in advance and come on their own schedule

-We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance from a private carrier to protect against cancellations caused by unforeseeable events such as illness or bad weather.
