Nauti lomastasi tässä ihanassa ja tilavassa kodissa. Uusi moderni koti, joka sijaitsee Solterran aidatulla ja miehitetyllä 24 x 7 turvallisuusyhteisöllä. Olet varmasti nauttinut vierailustasi tässä kodissa ajatellessamme vieraillemme turvallisuutta, mukavuutta, hauskaa ja viihdettä. Tämä 6 makuuhuoneen koti on 2 master makuuhuonetta yläkerrassa ja 2 master makuuhuonetta alas portaita; Kaikissa 4 päämakuuhuoneessa on king-vuoteet. Toisessa yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on 1 täysi- ja 1 yhden hengen vuode, toisessa kerrossänky ja 2 erillistä vuodetta. Yläkerrassa on pelihuone-alue ja älykkäät televisiot sijoitetaan strategisesti koko taloon. Ilmainen WiFi ja turvatarkastus. Unfortunately experience

We traveled to Florida with family and needed something that would accommodate 14 people. The house is set up nicely with plenty of room for our family. Unfortunately we experienced multiple issues while here. First off you get 10 pages of information on things they expect from you. Which I understand since they want to be sure their home is taken care of. However, they don't deliver in return. We arrived and the house was not clean. The counter stools were sticky, the fridge has brown stuff down the front, oven top dirty, hole in the wall and the pool was not heated. I went back and forth about the heated pool. We arrived on Wednesday and the pool was too cold to put a foot into never mind swim. They sent someone out to look at the pool Saturday Never heard anything from the management company until my 3rd message about the cold pool (that we paid to have heated) She said they sent someone out Saturday. The pool was finally warm on Monday. I've asked for a refund 3 times now for a pool that was not heated and they have not responded. Just for information- This is a gated community, with a gate check in. You have to plan for traffic. Multiple times the cars were lined up .25 mile down the road to get in.

Nice house but Disappointing

Good: Big house with lots of room, resort amenities are excellent! Bad: When we booked we were looking for a house with a heated pool and spa. The listing indicated it had both. When I asked to confirm the spa via message to the property manager, I was told yes there is a spa, its just not in the picture. This was a lie as there is no spa. Had I been informed there was no spa when I asked I would have found another house. The check-in information is very confusing, with information provided that had no relevance to this house. The property manager sent a message 3 days before our check-in that said we had to provide the names of all guests no later that 2 weeks before arrival. I did immediately provide the information and was informed all was set for our arrival. Unfortunately we had issues getting a gate pass for four days. There were many messages and calls to PM to resolve but took so long because the PM was sending our info to a system the resort stopped using over a year and a half ago. There were issues with incomplete linens that were resolved, and the pool heat was not turned on for our arrival as promised. The PM was pleasant, and responsive but issue resolution required way too much communications Good news: the broken TV reviewed weeks ago was replaced. NOTE: Traffic in area and at resort gate will impact travel time to any attractions

This was our 2nd stay here the last couple of years. Great house for family and friends and definitely worth the price. The Resort facilities can get over crowded depending on when you go , especially at the main pool where they restrict the numbers, so if you leave you may not get back in even if your family is there.

Not a great experience

Let me first say that I have stayed at many houses and have never left a bad review but this was not good and so glad it was just for the weekend before we left for our cruise. The phone number listed for the owner was actually a previous owner. I could only reach owner through VRBO and it took forever to get a response. Our adult married children got there before us and were told they could go on to the house. They were not told to sign anything or given anything. When we got there it was dark and we pulled into the lane to check in and they asked if anyone was already there and we said yes. They then told us to go in to the property and never told us anything else or gave us anything. Remember, it is dark and we see cars parked on the side of the road. We parked on the side as well so we wouldn’t be so close with two cars in the driveway when unloading. When we woke up the next morning, our vehicle was gone. It had been towed. Apparently upon checkin, you are given information and told only to park between white lines if parking on the street. Our first day was wasted not to mention $300 thrown away. Also, pool was not heated at all so couldn’t use it. I asked twice if there was a pack and play and was told yes but when we arrived there wasn’t one. I will add that once we messaged, they did send one. Just a bad experience and would NOT recommend that resort at all.

House was OK as accurate as the photos. BUT the TV in the living room did not work for the whole stay. The bed in one of the bedroom had broken support (legs under the mattress) even after been repaired it broke again. The grill BBQ outside had only 1 1/2 burner that work (need to be replaced). The pool was OK.

Great Property Amenities

I stayed at the house with several other family members in July 2024. Mostly adults with one minor in our group. The house has plenty of room for everyone. The rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms had TVs with streaming services that you could log in with your account. The TV in the living room didn't work the entire time we were there so we did have to go to our rooms to watch TV. (we reported this to them but it wasn't repaired while we were there) There were minor repairs around the house that needed to be done but nothing that would cause an issue. It was nice to park in the garage but there wasn't a garage door opener, so we had to let someone out of the vehicle to run and open/close the door each time. We had a small issue with ants in the kitchen but after buying some ant spray and spraying around the back of the house patio area each night we didn't see them anymore. The location of the house was convenient for lots of things to do, but the traffic was awful! The subdivision offers amenities like a huge swimming pool, a lazy river, and a playground for the kids. We did see a sign indicating they have planned activities like bingo a few nights a week but didn't get to participate. We were charged $30/$40 (can't remember the exact amount) for our party to use the amenities, which was well worth it! I would recommend the property to others.

Disappointing Disney Dream!!

We initially arrive and had trouble entering the home due to incorrect instructions. Found issues on a daily basis since I did not have time on first night to see them all. Non-functional air hockey table, damaged microwave handle, common bathroom tub that was clogged, bathroom walls with human fluid drippings, loose cabinet fixtures, holes in walls, pieces of blinds that were missing, loose bathroom fixtures, etc……. Enough said!! I expected better for my family and friends.

Summer Fun

I have been renting vacations homes in Orlando since 2010 and been visiting every two years. This is was one of the best homes that I have stayed in if not the best. We were a two families of 11 persons and house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The property was clean and furniture were excellent condition. Amenities were ok. Loved the location and quietness of the resort. The only thing that can improve was the internet connection. Some times because of the large numbers of people quality and speed was affected. I will definitely rent this property again it is a perfect vacation home to pick Thank You Abdullah Younes

Nice family getaway

The property was very nice. Check in was very easy. The property needs to review the trash policy as the outside trash container is very limited especially when you consider you have 14 people in one house. We were also stressed about the code needed for all visitors only to arrive at property and realize the resort no longer use the codes. Host needs to update to agree with resort. Great stay nonetheless.

We had a great time staying in Davenport. The owner of the property was very accommodating. The resort is conveniently located to main highways and Disney parks. The kids spent a lot of time in the house pool which was kept clean and nice!

An absolutely amazing Stay

Our stay began with the courteous greeting and fast check in at the club house. We found the property we had chosen was superb. It was super clean with everything that was advertised. We had towels separately packaged for each room. A good supply of cooking utensils that was in great shape that we used daily. Our pool area was wonderful even though we did not use it often because we were competing at the AAU Volleyball Championship. I am looking forward to staying at this same property next year if it is available. The best property we have stayed at out of all the years we have been coming. Hats off to the owner that made himself available. Thank you. A fantastic stay.

Easy Check In. Small issue with codes was rectified with a phone call. House was clean and tidy. Beautiful home. Initial inspection turned up a few minor things that we could live with, Broken TV in the Master, the usual bumps and bruises in drywall, every pot had scratches through the non stick coating. Air hockey was not functional. Odd thing to me, there was not a single bedside lamp in the home. Lots of towels and there was a crib for our use. Pool was a huge part of our day until day 6, when it started to turn green. It was 3 days before pool guy showed and another day after that before we could use it. Was nice to have it back for our last day. Community pool had nice amenities, but was busy. It saved the days when ours was down. Internet was good. Not sure of the reason but my cell service was almost non existent, but others were good at the home. All in all, another enjoyable vacation.
