This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa at Windsor Cay Resort accommodates up to 14 guests, offering the perfect combination of comfort and fun for families or groups. On the first floor, you'll find a King suite for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Upstairs, there are three King suites, providing ample space and comfort for all guests. The kids will love the two themed rooms: a Toy Story-themed bunk room with full/full beds and a Monsters, Inc.-themed bunk room with full/full beds. These two rooms share a hallway bathroom. For added entertainment, enjoy the Old Style Mickey Mouse game room, plus a pool for outdoor fun and relaxation.

This is a self-catering property. Initial starter supplies are provided, including:

-One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
-One paper towel roll
-Trash bags
-Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner)
-Dishwashing supplies
-No food or seasoning items are provided.

Housekeeping

-NO daily housekeeping service is included
-The property is professionally cleaned prior to check-in
-Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee ($270)

-USPS does NOT deliver to vacation homes -Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended

Pool Heating Important

-$35 per day (minimum of 2 days) -Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
-Maximum temperature: 95°F
-The spa is NOT a jacuzzi and heats only with the pool
