This 2/2 is in Indian Wells subdivision only four miles away from Disney World Resort. Less than a mile from Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets, Publix, Wal-Mart, and lots of other wonderful shops and restaurants. Also within a few miles of Universal Studios Resort, Sea World Resort and all tourist attractions on International Drive and Old Town Kissimmee. Within short drive there are several Springs, nature trails, farms and a Drive Thru Safari for the nature loving family. Pet-friendly.



Please provide guests names and ages at the time of booking. Including furry guests, weight and breed.

Indian Wells HOA bylaws apply to all guests.
A copy of these are posted inside the home and you can also visit their website.
Please follow all instructions and rules posted in common areas and in Pool/Recreation areas.

We love our furry guests, but please refrain from letting them on furniture or beds.
Please Note: An additional cleaning fee may apply if dog hair is found on furniture or beds.
We ask that you clean up after your pet immediately, whether it is in the backyard or should you decide to go on a walk around the neighborhood. Please ensure pets are on a leash whenever outside of home or fenced yard. While the yard is fully fenced we ask that you do not leave dogs unattended outside at any time. If they are left inside the house alone, we suggest leaving them in a contained space.

Pet friendly disclosure: While we clean thoroughly between stays and take extra precautions after furry guests, we simply cannot guarantee to be 100% hypoallergenic.

Please keep in mind yard maintenance is done every other week. So you may see yard crew on property. Any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out.

Casa Bearclaw is not a modern or new income producing space. It is a very loved and cared for older home, that has been in the family for many years and we hope it serves as the perfect backdrop for your booking needs.
