Great Family Home

The house was very accommodating for a large family. There was plenty of seating in home and on the back patio in the pool area. The neighborhood was nice for taking walks and they had plenty of activities for children. The towels were our biggest issue, we had to share beach towels with 14 people. The other thing we noticed was the floors had not been properly washed when we arrived. After my son crawled on them for 5 minutes his legs and feet were black. One last little complaint was the slider door to the pool area was VERY difficult to open and close. I don't know if this was on purpose but it made going in and out of the house hard for most of our family members. A few things we really loved was the big kitchen, plenty of dishes and cooking ware. There was a big pantry for storing food and overall a nice set up. We would definitely recommend this house for a family staying in the Orlando area!

Great vacation home

My family and I had an absolute amazing time in this home. Great amenities, great quiet neighborhood and felt very safe here. The pool and spa were wonderful, house was super clean. Plenty of towels and linens were provided to us. We can’t wait to return.

Spring Break 2024

The house was clean and loved the layout! Had plenty of beach towels and kitchen items! April, the host, was attentive and very easy to work with! We have stayed in this community for 5 years in a row (different house and host each time) and April was one of the best!! Loved having the lake behind us and the privacy screens at the bottom of pool area were a GREAT touch! The outdoor furniture was comfortable!! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Wonderful Home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were greatly appreciated as we have a special needs granddaughter who uses a wheelchair and cannot handle stairs. And there were enough bedrooms in the upper level that everyone could spread out and relax. The open floor plan both upstairs and down was very accessible so that we could be together but have space. The kitchen had a decent selection of cooking pots and pans, and plenty of plates, cups and silverware. There were plenty of bath towels, but we did need to launder the pool towels that were there. The home pool and spa were enjoyed by all of our family, and the community pool, lazy river, and game room were nice as well. Definitely plan to take or purchase laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and garbage bags. They do provide a basic starter pack, but you probably will need more. Access to the Disney parks is convenient, but there is always a lot of traffic in and around that area. Our hosts were wonderful to work with during the booking and rental process. We would definitely plan to stay here again!

Family Vacation in Kissimmee

Had a real enjoyable time. Spacious and clean rental near to just about everything. Short ride to the airport, Disney, and Universal. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit any of the parks or just stick around the area. Had 12 people including my parents and they loved it.

Beautiful place, just needs some tlc in certain areas. Wall has unfinished compound. Bedroom wall patchjob was painted with wrong color Microwave door needs fixing. Almost broken Left patio slider is extremely rough. May need greasing Refrigerator door needs a stopper before it gets damaged Pool table was inoperable because the pool sticks were not for use Living room table is dangerously unstable Pool heater needs written instructions for user or it wasn't working properly. Other than those issues my family has an awesome time on the property. Looking forward to the next time

Beautiful house, great time, few glitches

April was great to work with! The house was easy to check into and was spacious even for our 13 adults. Debated paying for the pool heat and glad we did t! It was sometimes too warm without it. Problem with dryer making loud noises and not drying. Maintenance came out and fixed the noise but still had to run repeatedly to dry. Someone put loose trash in our can which it states may cost me $75 but they were diapers along with other food items that we didn’t have supplies to clean out. We had a great time at the house and would definitely rent again but would suggest more basics be provided (pot holders, cleaning supplies).

Excellent property for a big family

The property was big with great air conditioning and a good choice of bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and open plan living area. Great upstairs landing area with pool table, table football, and there was also a games console which we didn't use. The pool area was netted off to stop insects and the water was warm enough for us without heating (in August). Plentiful towels were provided for the pool and the house as a whole. The BBQ was excellent quality and an added bonus was that it, and much of the seating, was under cover which meant you could sit outside even if it was raining. If you don't want to tumble dry your clothes it is advisable to take a washing line as there is no airer provided. Generally it was quiet but there were a couple of nights when we were disturbed by people in adjacent houses as the sound appears to travel in this setting. The area is very pleasant with quiet local roads making the first part of the drive into Disney/Universal very relaxing. The local 7/11 was handy for fuel and small groceries. We shopped at Publix and found it expensive, but Walmart was more reasonable. We would happily stay here again as the property more than met our expectations.

Wonderful location for our Orlando Vacation

The house was great and we enjoyed the private pool/spa and the open concept and many bedrooms and bathrooms. We had two couples and two teens, all had their own space. We also enjoyed the pool table.

Everything you expect it to be and more

Property was great. Online pictures do not do it justice. Loved having the private space for the kids to be able to swim whenever they wanted. Home came fully equipped with everything we needed during the stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Overall good experience

We stayed at this house over spring break with extended family. Overall, it was a good experience. Pros—extremely friendly and responsive property management, comfy beds, nice kitchen/baths, fun resort, having our own pool/spa was so nice, well stocked with what we needed (kitchenware, towels), pool table/foosball was fun for the kids, grill rental/pool heat were well worth it Cons—carpet in bedrooms is pretty gross, definitely needs to be replaced. House was fairly clean, but felt it could use a deep cleaning (baseboards, walls) Resort comments—bring your own basketball/volleyball (the clubhouse sells basic ones, but I would bring or buy nicer ones from Walmart or Amazon), lazy river and resort pool were warm and awesome, free arcade games was a nice surprise. I was concerned about some reviews I read about this resort regarding parties, but we had no problems. Even though we went over spring break, most days the resort pool was not too crazy. If the carpet would be replaced, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great House, COLD Pool, heat didn't work.

The house was wonderful, Bed and Linens great, Large enough area for us all. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and very nice our Biggest and Worst complaint is the pool would not heat, we paid extra for it, That was a Big reason we picked this house we wanted a heated pool( they say they are trying to get us a refund but not got it yet), the last night we were there,the pool did start to heat up, but to late for us to enjoy. Plan on supplying all your soap and paper needs, they only have, as they state, a starter supply. But a very Nice house and area, club house area nice too, we did use the lazy river ( it was heated) their pool was not either.

We all loved property. Had to leave early bu three days. Pool and hot tub heating was well worth extra money. April was great and there was. I need to call maintenance for anything. Very close to parks and mecum auction event.

Solid Place

House was great for what we needed. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Used the kitchen everyday to limit going out for food and sat in back by pool at night. Pool and hot tub needed a little bit of time to heat up but just turned it on first thing in the morning and by the time we were done eating breakfast it was heated. Area was nice but had a few other houses around having big parties but they were not overly loud to disrupt us. Street was vary narrow and almost couldn’t fit my van down the block with people parked on the street and that would be the only issue with the area. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely go there again.

Great location & management!

Management of property was super responsive, helpful, and friendly. Home was less than 20 minutes from all Disney properties. Community pool was very nice for children of all ages. Private pool and hot tub was great!

Beautiful and great property!

We had the best experience! We stayed with our older kids who are married so it was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Although we didn’t do much cooking, the kitchen was full of everything you need and more. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfy. It was also very accommodating having a high chair and stroller available for our 1 year old granddaughter. I would recommend heating the jacuzzi/pool. Once the sun goes down the water is pretty chilly. April was very helpful and always available anytime we had a question. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property!

This is the first time we’ve rented a house in FL and will definitely rent this place again! The house was perfect for multiple families. The location is ideal for going to the parks or for just sitting by the pool and relaxing. We were pleasantly surprised at how much privacy we had. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Excellent location!

We spent a week here in June 2020. The pictures provided are a very good representation of the home. Everything was clean with lots of towels available. The pool area overlooks a small lake which provides for a little more privacy and good views. The location is great for Disney, however we made the trip to Universal Studios four days and that was an easy trip as well. Restaurants and shopping are both very convenient. We weren't able to take advantage of the clubhouse and pool area across the main road, but we did go over there once and it was very nice. We booked last minute and the home owners were very good to work with.

2nd Time Around!

Our family has been coming to Florida for over 10 years during the Thanksgiving holiday. Last year was our first time renting this property. We enjoyed it so much that I requested it for this year and again for next year! The house is beautiful, the pool is warm, and the hot tub is hot. When we did experience issues with the hot tub, I called the property management and they sent someone out within approximately 10 to 15 minutes! The decor is lovely and we all had comfortable beds. We have 10 adults that come with us to Florida during this time. This house has six bedrooms for adults/couples. I always found it difficult to find a property with that many bedrooms for all of the adults. We have three children — two 3 year olds and the other is one year old. The house has two strollers two high chairs and a playpen. This was perfect for us! We also love the fact that the house is located directly across the street from the clubhouse/gym/community pool. This property is perfect for a holiday getaway! If you are in need of a house that can sleep many adults, has amenities for the children, and is close to the interstate, this would be the house for you! We absolutely love, love, love it. Awesome Vacation!!!

From the beginning to the end, my experience with renting this property was great!!! This was my first time ever renting a vacation home so I was very apprehensive and really didn’t know what to expect. The Property Manager, April, was very responsive to every question I asked throughout the entire process. There were 15 people staying at this property (12 adults and 3 children). We had a total of 4 vehicles. There was enough room in the garage for 2 cars and also for 2 cars in the driveway. The property was just like the pictures on the sight and very clean. There appeared to be renters in every house on our street, but there was never any instances where I heard any loud music nor loud noise in general throughout our stay. There were a couple of issues that I noticed the next morning. So I contacted the maintenance staff who were immediately responsive. The first issue was the stovetop was cracked. When I reported the cracked stovetop, I was informed that they were aware of the issue and knew a previous renter had caused the damage. I was told that I could still use the stovetop and that it was going to be replaced, but they had not had opportunity to do so yet because of all the renters. The other issue was a broken/loose toilet tissue holder in one of the upstairs bedroom that was immediately repaired; and the last issue was with the ice maker where when you pushed a glass against the lever in the door of the refrigerator to get ice, you would hear the motor running, but no ice ever dropped into the glass. The maintenance engineer tried to fix it, but determined a replacement part was in order. This was not an issue, as we had already purchased a bag of ice when we did our food shopping. Please note I am only sharing these issues to provide insight into the promptness of service we received by the maintenance staff, as none of the issues negatively impacted our vacation. Overall, I was very pleased with the property, which felt extremely spacious with having 15 people there. The kids loved to play their video games upstairs in the recroom/loft area. We never felt crowded at all and everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. We did pay extra for heating the pool and spa which was definitely worth it, as the younger adults loved to get in the spa later in the evening and really had a blast!!! I would love to rent this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
