Poikkeuksellinen 6 makuuhuone 4 Bath-allas kotiin yksi halutuimmista aidatulla Resorts Disney alueella. Meidän huvila on vain 2 kilometrin päässä Disneyn pääsisäänkäynnistä joten se on ihanteellinen paikka lomallesi. Huolellisesti hoidettu ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu tekee tämän kodin kotisi poissa kotoa Disney pysyy tulevina vuosina. Meidän hieno 6 makuuhuoneen koti vuokra Orlando on sisustettu minimalistinen mutta tyylikäs tapa. Se koostuu kahdesta king-size-vuodetta, kaksi queen-size-vuode, neljä erillistä vuodetta, queen nukkuja ja pakkaus & play antaa 15 lomanviettäjille on ääni nukkua. Neljä kylpyhuonetta on varustettu asianmukaisesti suihkulla ja kylpyammeella.
Kun kiireinen päivä puistoissa, tulossa "kotiin" tilavaan olohuoneeseen tämän lapsiystävällisen Orlando loma-talo olisi ihana. Olohuoneessa on runsaasti mukavuuksia, kuten kaapeli-tv, satelliitti-tv, DVD-soitin ja videonauhuri, ja pelihuone sisältää biljardipöydän, foos-pallon ja PlayStationin sisätiloissa. Kaunis keittiö on graniittisovittimet, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, ja on valmis sinua kokki mitään keittoa ja voileipiä ja syntymäpäiväkakkuja. Hotellissa on oma uima-allas.
Kalastus, uinti, metsästys, pyöräily ja ratsastus ovat ulkoiluaktiviteettejä, joita voit hyödyntää loman aikana Orlando-talon vuokra-aikana. The house is very spacious. It has some very good pros and some cons.Pros- Spacious with plenty of room for our party of 12. Nice size kitchen, the bedrooms were good size as was the bathrooms. Comfortable beds and in a very convenient location to all the Disney Parks.Cons- The garage converted to a game room does not have HVAC. Was very hot and stuffy. That is also the location of a very large screen TV, play station and pool table. Maybe the addition of a HVAC mini split would really help. Otherwise it is a wasted space. Shower in the master bedroom has something wrong with the shower floor. It creeks like it needs new wood under it. Your partner could not go to sleep while you take a shower.Pool could use a good cleaning and a large black hose comes into the pool area leaving a screen door open. Bugs and more can get in. Cut out a section of brick so door closes and seal it up. Dont get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay with our family. If you don't say anything, you can never get better. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

This rental did not disappoint. It's in a pleasant neighborhood that's surprisingly close to the Disney property. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, and it's well appointed for guests of all ages including baby gear, removable pool fence, and bathroom safety equipment for the elderly. Perfect space for 2-3 small families. Don't miss the special separate air conditioner in the converted game room if you want to spend time there. There is a hard 3-car limit for entering the neighborhood gate, so keep that in mind if you have multiple drivers staying or visiting. The owner was highly responsive. Highly recommend.

I was a bit apprehensive with the whole VRBO process, but everything that was advertised came to be true and accurate. Once we committed to the deal, we connected with the Kappes and all our questions were answered. We loved this house! The whole process of accessing it and using it were simple. We used Lyft and Uber for transport us to the parks. This property is really close to Disney, That made the journey easy. The house contained everything we needed to have an amazing adventure. The number of bedrooms made it easy for our group to get a room that worked for them. Our two princesses had their own rooms and if someone was having a rough night a spare room was a good choice. I can't think of a better setting. Our girls spent a lot of time in the backyard pool on our off days and we used the Barbecue to our advantage to cook our Amazon Fresh deliveries on. There is also a Walmart just 5 driving minutes away that we used as well. I can not even begin to imagine this vacation in the constricted space of a hotel or motel! We wish the kappes all the best with future rentals!

The house is beautiful..the area of opportunity is cleaning..We called owner the stairs had carpet on them and not clean.Shared with him the vacum at the house did not work.He brought us a new one..The floors I washed our socks where dirty

Perfect house for a large group. Resort community with plenty of amenities- resort pool with slide for kids, work out room, pickleball courts, & food/grill. Walmart close by. Would highly recommend.

Great location, property grounds were wonderful. Home was great for our group of 14. Had a few minor issues that were communicated with the property owner and they were ON TOP OF IT. Had someone out with in an hour to fix the issue. Would stay here again!

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all the family and the resort pool and facilities were an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Vrbo home.

The location was excellent, near many of Orlando's attractions and very close to Disney. The traffic in the area was heavy so you need to account for that. The community was very well maintained and easily walkable. The clubhouse made for a great destination on those relaxing days. The house amenities were excellent and comfortable, many hours were spent in the pool and enjoying the lanai.

The house was beautiful BUT when my grandson woke up the next morning after only checking in the day before he was ate up with bites. We went and checked the room that he was in and found a bed bug on the bed. The mattress and box spring was inside of a plastic cover we then opened everything up and found another bed bug which was dead inside of the plastic cover on the box spring. Contacted the host and and he said that he covered the mattress because of people urinating but this was the only room that had the covers and in all there are 6 bedrooms. Started reading reviews and at the end of August someone else had complained of bedbugs in the same room that we found the bedbugs in which is the pirate room with 2 twin beds. Will never rent again. The house was also dirty , when you walked across the floor’s barefoot your feet turned black you could feel the grime under your feet.

We had 14 family members. The house was clean, appliances worked. Everyone seemed to enjoy the stay. We had the pool heated, but due to cold weather in the 50’s the pool was still too cool for the little kids. We did enjoy the community pool which was very warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The house was very nice and included everything outlined in the listing. The communication form the owner was on-point, and the check-in process was simple and straight forward. The house is showing it's age a little bit, but we has no complaints. Kitchen was well stocked and everything at the house worked.

House had everything we needed. The beds were uncomfortable and had noisy mattress protectors on them. Also feel like the pool/spa should be heated as part of the rental cost instead of an add on. But the house may out is great and the community pool is awesome.
