All guests renting in ChampionsGate have access to both the Oasis Clubhouse and the Retreat Clubhouse. To gain entry, guests must present either the orange pass provided at check-in with a gate attendant at the gates or their booking confirmation email.

Pool heat/SPA can be rented for $35/day + taxes must be for all your stay. Waste should be placed in trash bags before disposal, and package delivery information can be obtained from the office. Parties and pets are not allowed on the property, and penalties may apply for policy violations. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM. The minimum age to rent this accommodation is 21 years old or over.

* Forgotten Items Policy: If we locate a forgotten item, we will be happy to assist the guest in arranging its return. However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.
