However, we cannot take responsibility for forgotten personal items, their recovery, or any potential losses during the process. We strongly recommend that all guests thoroughly check all areas of the property before leaving, including drawers, closets, under the beds, inside bedding, and other potential hiding spots.
If the item is found, we will contact you. The guest can either pick it up personally or choose to have it sent via postal service, subject to a $30 fee + applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Guests must arrange their deliveries to arrive during their stay and be available to receive them.

Please also be aware that the condominium does not accept deliveries made by USPS. Only Amazon, FedEx, and UPS deliveries are allowed. This policy helps us avoid issues like the one that occurred previously at another property.

For this reason, we strongly recommend placing orders with delivery via Amazon, FedEx, or UPS. If a package is sent via USPS, it may be delivered to a mailbox instead of the house, and we will not be able to assist.
