Entrance/Great Room
This house is designed to impress from the moment you walk through the front door. The great room is cozy yet enormous: the perfect spot to hang out, laugh, and chill with your crew. Sink into the velvety couches and take in this mansion's ultra-stylish Mid-Century Modern décor.

Kitchen & Dining
The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, warm copper fixtures, and sleek blue and cream cabinetry—fully stocked with everything you need to prep and serve up delicious meals (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). Grab a bite at the kitchen island with barstools, or make it a full-on feast around the oversized dining room table.

Pool & Patio
Slip outdoors to check out the massive, sparkling swimming pool and spillover spa—enclosed in a 'Florida glass' privacy screen. Enjoy poolside chaises, foosball, ping-pong, pool basketball, and a mini water slide for the kids. Thanks to the Polished summer kitchen, you can expand your menu and enjoy your meals around the table on your standout covered patio deck.

Upstairs in the Gamer's Hideout, kids will be transported into a life-like video game and join their favorite characters as they leap over obstacles (aka bunk beds) and zip down the twisty, bright green slide. Fair warning: game over may not be on the agenda, so good luck with bed time!

Finally, your little scalawags can hop aboard their very own pirate ship in the Pirate's Hideaway. Surrounded by ocean wall art, portholes, and wooden planks beneath their feet, their imaginations will set sail. Cozy bunk beds await when they're ready to say "aye, aye" to bedtime!

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full)
For the grownups in your group, nine more bedrooms throughout the house are expertly designed for maximum privacy, comfort, and relaxation.

Downstairs, find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with its own double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each haven is gorgeously decked out in Mid-Century Modern furnishings and style.

About The Village Orlando
The Village Orlando is the only Homes by Villatel community where every home was designed and developed by Villatel from the ground up. Brand standards aren't retrofitted here — they're built in. Located minutes from Orlando's major attractions, with easy access to I-4 and the 429.

• Guests also have access to community amenities at Solterra including tennis courts, lazy river, and fitness center.
