Great location, nice property
Nice property, clean with decent furnishings and very convenient location (to restaurants, grocery, banks, hospital, etc.) in a quiet neighborhood. I wish we'd known all bedrooms including the master were on a second floor, as we needed to carry our pets up/down the stairs each time. The steps also have some type of decorative ledge or lip at the end of each one, and we almost tripped on one of those a couple of times - definitely must pick up your feet. The 'hot' tub is basically an extension of the pool, and we tried several times to get it warm. We understood from reading the 3-ring binder in the house that the pool was not heated and no surprise there for a house in Florida. Yet a hot tub shouldn't be advertised as a hot tub if it's not heated or doesn't work. We had really looked forward to using it. We were thankful for a working washer/dryer despite our short stay, nice not to return home with dirty laundry home to do. Also the sunken master tub was wonderful, especially considering no hot tub otherwise. Interesting the garage was converted to a game room, fun as we'd not shot pool in several years, if an older unlevel table and hole in a side pocket (i.e. balls may fall through). We wanted to play ping pong but there were no balls to be found. We appreciated having a clean, pet friendly, conveniently located for our short stay. We could never retrieve the housekey from the lockbox and used the door code instead. We left the house as neat as we found it. Thanks!
