The Space:

Soft morning light fills the villa as you drift from a quiet bedroom into open living areas, inviting you to settle in before a day of Orlando adventures. After exploring the parks, you can return to themed rooms, challenge friends in the game room, or unwind by the private pool under a canopy of palm trees. The space feels both expansive and intimate, giving each guest a place to relax and a spot to gather.



Sleeping arrangements

Eight bedrooms are spread across two levels, offering a mix of queen, king, twin and bunk configurations. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 a King Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 provides a Queen Bed with an en‑suite bathroom. Two Disney Princess themed rooms each hold two Twin Beds. A Super Hero themed bedroom includes two Twin Bunk Beds. Bedrooms 6, 7 and 8 contain a King Bed, a Queen Bed and a Queen Bed respectively; Bedrooms 6 and 7 share a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom while Bedroom 8 has its own en‑suite. The villa sleeps 16+ guests across 10 beds.



Indoor living

Two spacious living areas accommodate large groups. The upstairs Star Wars loft adds a playful gathering spot, while the downstairs living and dining rooms are perfect for shared meals or quiet downtime. A TV and themed décor set the stage for movie nights. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets are provided. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing, and a dedicated workspace supports remote needs.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces let you choose where to enjoy breakfast, dinner or a casual snack, and a BBQ grill on the patio adds a fun option for shared evenings.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio to find a sparkling pool and a hot tub, surrounded by sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture. The pool area invites both kids and adults to splash, relax or soak under the Florida sun. Beach essentials are stocked for easy trips to the coast.



Game room

A lively game room features air hockey, a basketball hoop and a bean bag toss, offering friendly competition for all ages.



Neighborhood

Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you gain access to resort amenities such as a kids arcade, activity areas, a full gym, a zero‑entry pool, water playground, slides, lazy river and sports courts. The villa is a short drive from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and nearby shopping and dining.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera in the garage although is out of service.
