Tämä 6 makuuhuoneen, 5 kylpyhuoneen, uima-altaan koti sijaitsee Solterra Resortissa Davenportissa, Floridassa. Kun astuit eteeseen, tunnet olosi kotoisaksi. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on king-makuuhuone, jossa TV ja täysi kylpyamme aivan käytävän vieressä. Syömiskeittiö on kokin unelma, jossa on runsaasti tilaa, valtava saari, johon mahtuu neljä ja joka on täysin varustettu kattiloilla, pannuilla, leivonnaisilla ja muulla. Kaunis puinen ruokapöytä 10 istuinta mukavasti. Perhehuoneessa on kaksi täysikokoista sohvaa, joissa on seinälle asennettu 4K-televisio, jossa on surround-ääni. Et voi viedä lapsiasi ulos ensimmäisen kerroksen lasten leikkihuoneesta, joka sisältää liiduseinät, leikkikeittiön ja värjäysmatot. Eikä niin, että haluat, mutta erityisen suuri pesukone ja kuivausrumpu auttavat pitämään vaatteesi puhtaina. Mukana: hajusteettomat pyykinpesu- ja kuivaaja-lakanat. Keittiön takana on "salainen" Harry Potter -huone. Katsotaanpa, löydätko lapset sen. Yläkerrassa on retroelokuvien huone, jossa on 4K televisio ja surround-ääni. Yläkerrassa on 2 king-master-sviittiä, joissa on kauniit kylpyhuoneet ja televisiot. Siellä on myös kuningatar-huone, TV ja pääsy aulaan, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Lastenhuoneet ovat yksinkertaisesti mahtavia. Tähtien sota -aiheisessa poikahuoneessa on kaksi erillistä kerrossänkykerhotaloa ja teepissa. Baseball- ja kukka-aiheisessa tyttöhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen kerrossänky. Lapset jakavat täysikokoisen salin kylpyhuoneen. Pihalla on turvatarkastus uima-altaalla, jossa on poreallas. Jos haluat syödä ulkona, siellä on kaunis kaikissa tapaissa koripaja, johon mahtuu 8 paikkaa. Ja neljä tuolia, jotta voit työskennellä rusketussasi. Mukana on iso CLEAN-propaanigrilli. Allas- ja kylpylälämpö sisältyy myös vuokraasi.

Aidatulla Solterra-lomakohteella on klubitalo, joka sisältää täyden kuntosalin (juoksumatto, elliptinen, painokoneet), mutta olkaamme vakavia, olet lomalla. Siellä on myös pieni leikkipaikka, lomakeskustyylinen uima-allas vesiliukumäellä ja poreallas. Tartu putkeen ja kellu alas laiskajoella. Siellä on myös tenniskenttiä ja jalkapallokenttä. Sitten rentoutua ja saada purema syödä ja juoda Cafe Sol Bar & Grill -altaan vieressä.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house! Everything is very nicely set up. The kitchen has almost everything you could think of, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and there are endless bathrooms. There are multiple places for gathering in a group -- a living room, a dining room with a large table, an outdoor table, and a home theater upstairs. There is even a small playroom, which my 6-year-old nephew gives his stamp of approval. Entering the resort is easy, the house is simple to navigate to, and we had no issues receiving deliveries from DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Instacart. There are several grocery stores nearby. The host is very attentive and quickly addressed the minor issue that arose during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very comfortable space for their Orlando trip.

It was great to have a heated pool and hot tub when the outdoor temps were not great. Loved having private spaces for each couple and kids. Well-equipped kitchen and lots of towels. Veronica answered promptly when we needed access to the garage. There is a double stroller if needed (we could have left ours home!). The check in process for the entrance was long due to overwhelming popularity on a Saturday of the holiday week. 30 minutes to Disney when traffic is light.

Once you get past the traffic, which is really unavoidable in such a high-demand area, a time will be had! The resort is well-maintained and the layout is very good. This particular property is in excellent proximity to the resort amenities. This was a 'home-away-from-home' experience! We planned to have to account for the home not being stocked, but it was. Extra bath towels, beach/pool towels & floatables, kitchen wares, laundry materials, large refrigerator & freezer section, ample counter space & cabinets, large island/peninsula, plenty of seating, spacious bedrooms... The host is very responsive & accommodating. The property is well-preserved & inviting.One con to be aware of is the parking in the club house area. Especially if you're arriving at night, since GPS automatically routes you to that parking area, which looks like general parking. The warning of a tow is posted, but on an opposite end, which undoubtedly has been missed by plenty of visitors. So, fyi, find the front street of the property you're visiting & utilize the driveway 1st, then the marked areas on the street.

The home was exceptionally clean throughout, the rooms were accommodating and well stocked. The the pool and hot tub was well- heated.The owner was attentive and available through our 9-day stay. Our family enjoyed every inch of the house. The children loved the designated play room, pool area and entertainment center. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation place.The resort location was great. If we had available vacation days, we would have definitely extended our stay. I truly appreciated all the communication and quickness to reply to any questions or concerns that we had we absolutely plan on returning in the future.

This property has ratings of 10/10 which we were all surprised at having stayed there for 14 days. We arrived to this gated community and at first all was good. On first inspection the property was what we wanted but as we got to know the property we found many faults. The oven in the kitchen was filthy, we had confetti under two of the beds, dirty socks behind draw units, only one subbed in the pool area. We also noticed that the was on a walk through to the main club house which was not good. There was a large religious sect all over the park with chairs in the driveway for haircuts!!! Also many of the house rules like no parking on the street were just ignored by other residents. No naked flames in the pool area yet the people next door had some sort of bbq in the pool area with flames and smoke billowing out, also a very strong smell of some sort of pot being smoked. This was all reported to the owner and she reacted well but I would not stay here again.

Family Stay At The Sunshine House

Great house, great host. Plenty of room for 7 Adults and two toddlers to spread out. The resort amenities were way to get to. Resort pool was amazing. Loved our time here.

We stayed with 3 families, everyone enjoyed their stay. The house sits on a private/quiet lot. The house was clean. The only thing we found is we ran out of clean towels including pool towels with 3 families. There was laundry detergent so we were able to wash the.. there is also wasn't clubhouse towels provided. provided justwash thejm.

Veronica (home owner) is fantastic to work with. We had a couple very minor things that needed attention and within a couple of hours it was taken care of. The house is as shown on VRBO, we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The theater room was equally used and enjoyed. The play area was wonderfully for the 4 year old granddaughters. The house is right by the complex’s waterpark and playground, extremely convenient. 5 stars!!!

Perfect for ages 6 and under!

We loved this house! We took our two kids and their families that included 6 children aged 6 and under. The well appointed playroom and Harry Potter room kept them very engaged and if they were happy, so were we 7 adults! There were at least 4 pack & plays, a crib, high chair, a nice double stroller and even kids cups, plates and utensils. The pool was great and we loved that this house was located so close to the resort pool and amenities. Another huge bonus was that they had everything we could hope for in the kitchen too! Other thoughtful features: cozy theater room, luggage racks, daily trash service, good amount of towels (which were needed for resort), soap in every bathroom and more!

Well stocked and organized!

This is the most well stocked and organized place we have ever stayed! Veronica thought of everything you would need on a family vacation. The pool and hot tub was very nice! Though we were not aware when booking, we had to pay an extra fee to use the resort pool but it was well worth it. The location was good and what we expected to be about a 30 min to 1 hour drive to Universal Studios depending on traffic, but it was nice to be away from the crowded Disney area. Very close to grocery and anything else we needed. HP hallway was cool and the kid playroom was a hit with my 2 and 3 year old granddaughters! Be aware the “Girls bedroom” and “Boys bedroom” will not be suitable for adults. The downstairs bedroom didn’t get as cool as the upstairs ones. Our only complaint about this home would be cleanliness. Bathrooms and living area were acceptable, but the playroom could have been cleaned better (chalkboard wall and floor was not the cleanest, which made us question if the toys and everything were cleaned and sanitized- there are a BUNCH of cool toys). Also we had to change out a lot of lightbulbs (which were already at the house). This just made us think the housekeepers were not as attentive to what needed cleaning as maybe they should have been. I have made Veronica aware of the issue and she said she had already discussed with them. I have no doubt Veronica will fix the problem. Thank you Veronica! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Experience

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 11. Our host was always a text away and very hospitable. Since the main pool was so crowded due to the holiday week, we hung out on the back porch in the private pool and hot tub. I highly recommend the sunshine house for a no worries getaway!

Family Getaway

What a perfect home for a larger family get together. House was immaculate and fun for the little ones, the heated pool was so welcoming, the Resort area exciting (but a little loud on Saturday afternoon). We had lots of room to spread out but great spaces for gathering - especially the kitchen and dining room and great room. A little far to places in Orlando as the traffic on Hwy 4 is crazy most of the time. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Close to all of the theme parks and adjacent to a wonderful community facility with pool, water slide, lazy river, tiki bar and activities this a a great family place to stay in Central Florida! Our 3 generation family of 9 was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the pool, theatre, play room and all of the other amenities this 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home has to offer!

Disney Trip

This house is perfect. You can’t go wrong with it. Plenty of space and the upstairs is massive. The place is extremely clean and they include a lot of things most places don’t like detergent.

Great winter getaway

Property was exactly as described and owner communicated quickly and effectively, answering any questions promptly. The included play room and pool and spa heat were perfect for our group. Plenty of towels and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) were present. We had to go to the community center to obtain parking passes but this process was fairly efficient and painless. We did not use the resort amenities but they were available for a $35 fee for our group if desired.

Family trip

We are a family of 7 adults and a 2 year old. I was pleasantly surprised at everything that was included. Our flight was delayed and we did not get to the house until nearly 11 PM. If we were going to most other properties, we would have had to stop at the store before we could go to the house but we didn’t because there was toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, water and even coffee provided! The pool and hot tub area were great! There is a ton of clean baby/toddler equipment at the house, as well. Our contact for the property responded quickly whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay at this house again!
