The Space:

You might brew coffee in the full kitchen, settle into the spacious living area, or step outside to feel the warm Davenport air drifting across the private pool deck. After a full day exploring nearby parks, the townhouse becomes a calm place to unwind, gather, and reconnect.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse features 4 bedrooms designed to accommodate a range of guests. Downstairs, a bedroom with 1 Queen bed sleeps 2. Upstairs, you will find 2 Twin beds in one room, 2 Bunk beds that sleep 4 in another, and a bedroom with 1 King bed that sleeps 2. With 4 bathrooms throughout the home, getting ready for the day or winding down in the evening feels easy and unhurried.



Indoor living

The living area offers a comfortable place to settle in, with a flat screen TV and seating for family and friends. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances gives you space to prepare meals at your own pace, and the indoor dining area brings everyone together. Essentials such as washer, dryer, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace support longer stays or relaxed getaways.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits just outside, giving you a refreshing spot to cool off or enjoy the Florida warmth. Pool heat is available for an additional charge. Outdoor furniture provides space to sit between swims or ease into the evening.



Resort access

As part of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you have access to a wide selection of amenities without leaving the community. The resort includes a water slide, cabanas, a lazy river, a Tiki Bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, a golf driving range, a putting green, a golf clubhouse, 6 clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse. Free street parking and a private entrance add convenience throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is equipped so you can cook your own meals, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and dining table. Cooking basics, dishes, and drinkware are provided to make meal preparation simple.



Bathroom and essentials

The home offers bathroom essentials including hot water, towels, bed linens, and shower amenities. A hair dryer, iron, and clothing storage contribute to a comfortable stay.

Located in Davenport with easy access to major attractions, you are within a short drive of Disney World and Universal Studios, along with nearby dining options when you choose to explore beyond the community.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
