The resort itself is great - this review has nothing to do with the resort, but entirely with the property management company.
The communication was completely unacceptable. Responses took weeks, and on the day of check-in, I never received access instructions. I spent over six hours trying to get in touch before finally receiving the code via WhatsApp.
The condo wasn’t even cleaned and ready until 6:00 p.m. on check-in day. That is simply not acceptable for a paid reservation.
The property manager had excuse after excuse - including claiming they lost their phone and had no other way to communicate. This is a business. There should always be backup communication methods, such as email or an alternate contact number. Not being reachable is not an excuse - it’s a failure to operate professionally.
When they did respond, it was only to apologize for the poor communication and service, with no real resolution or accountability.
I will never book this condo again and strongly advise others to avoid it unless you are willing to deal with extremely poor communication and last-minute uncertainty.
