-An Expansive yard with covered lanai(2 ceiling fans) that includes wall mounted 75inch Tv, WEBER'S BBQ grill, dining table, cozy outdoor sofa, lounge chairs and a screened-in resort style pool and spa with the stunning golf course views.

(NOTE: 1 full propane tank per stay will be provided. extra tanks can be requested for an additional charge of $50)

Guest Access:

Guests have keyless access to the entire house using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door as well as private outdoor areas.

You also have access to the resort amenities during your stay.

- Complimentary Full Propane Tank (1) will be provided (refill will be charged at $70, please give 24hours notice for such requests). Other hosts charges $70 for the first tank.

- FREE POOL/SPA heat ( $35-40 value per day)
