Windsor Island Resort is a Hawaiian-themed community that features first-class facilities and amenities including: the spectacular Aloha clubhouse with state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Resort-style Pool with Lazy River & Spa, Dual Water Slides and Children's Splash Pad, Community Playground, On-site Tavern and Grill, and Sports Courts. The resort is located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just eight miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando's world-famous attractions.



The impressive decoration and the layout of this two-story townhome provide seamless accommodation for up to 16 guests that can fit comfortably throughout its suites and rooms.



Clean lines and themed bedrooms create a contemporary atmosphere that invites guests to enjoy the warmth that this townhome offers to both families and groups of friends to spend a great time.



An open space merges a full-equipped kitchen with isle, while the dining-living area overlooks the private pool within the screened patio.



Next to the main entrance hallway there is a bedroom that features a QueenSize bed and shares a full-bathroom



On the upper level there is a family room with seating area, which is perfect for movie-night, that guides guests to four splendid bedrooms.



There are two ensuite bedrooms, one featuring a KingSize bed, and the other bedroom is Minions Themed with Twin-over-Twin Bunkbed w/ TwinSize Trundle, both have their own ensuite full-bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also gorgeously themed, with one for the Harry Potter fans, and the last bedroom featuring Mickey & Minnie theme. Both of these have a Bunkbed (Twin-Over-Full w/ TwinSize Trundle) each and share the hallway full-bathroom that is located in front of the laundry room.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Taxis: Local taxi services are readily available and can be hailed or called for pick-up. You can ask our staff for recommendations or contact the resort's front desk for assistance in arranging taxi services.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $400 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



✦ Age requirement:

You must be 21 or older to book with us.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
