This elegantly designed pool home, situated in a quiet street within an exclusive gated community, offers an extensive range of lifestyle features. The community amenities include a communal pool, a gym, parks equipped for soccer, volleyball, and tennis, basketball courts, fishing areas, a library, and a clubhouse with a lounge and complimentary wifi.

The house itself features a well-considered layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a separate dining space with a large window overlooking the inviting pool, and a kitchen outfitted with high-quality appliances. Additionally, there's a fully equipped laundry room and two distinct living areas.

The entrance leads to a family room that opens up to a private, screened patio with a pool, spa, covered sitting area, and ceiling fans, ideal for enjoying Florida's sunsets.

This property is renowned for its welcoming community atmosphere and its convenience to local shops, dining options, and attractions like Walt Disney World, offering a lifestyle of comfort and ease.

House has great accommodations with big beds and 3 full size bathrooms. 35 min from parks and Disney springs. Messaging with VRBO was great. House needs some cosmetic things fixed to be more pretty but overal a 3 out of 5

1. Broken pool heater. No use of hot tub2.outdoor furniture was broken. Chair was rusted through and I fell completely backwards and fell back in head and back. Please note, I have a spinal fusion in my back which left me sore for the trip.3. No cold water in kitchen until Plummer arrived. We scalded our hands washing dishes.4. Dishwasher had rancid, putrid water in bottom of machine. We tried doing a rinse cycle which left it smelling worse.5 all furniture was stained and living room chair was broken.6. Pillows in all bedding were flat as pancakes7. images on Vrbo did NOT illustrate the poor condition of the homeOver all, the home was once nice, but the property owners did not maintain it.

Nice neighborhood, good community pool-walking distance, good air-conditioning, good beds, good communication This home should not be marketed as a pool home as the private pool/pool area are not something guests would want to use-evidenced by two prior reviews to mine. The screens directly next to/behind the jacuzzi need to be replaced and there was no screen in the bottom of the screen door. We had bugs and a ring-necked snake in the pool our second day there and no net to help. The floor of the pool shows age in that it is stained/rusted. The pool does not filter properly.The same concept of care needed could be applied to the home. The blinds in the master bedroom and in the rear-facing bedroom need slats as you can see into the bedrooms. Walls and baseboards need repainting. Kitchen cupboards need deep clean and shelf paper-older home.Living room furniture could do with replacement. Doorstops needed in the bedrooms and repairs to wall from effect of not having these. The master bedroom door needs to be replaced. Biggest issue-besides paying to stay in a home with a pool that we did not want to use...Sugar ants everywhere-having an exterminator do a regular job would take care of this.The cleaners are not to blame for the issues with this home. Whoever is in charge of the upkeep of this home is.I would not recommend this place as you do not receive the value of a good pool home.

Great potential but absolutely filthy

The house was not clean when we arrived, and the pool was disgusting. The pool had plastic floating in it, and tons of gross stuff all over the bottoms of the hot tub and the pool. We were not able to utilize it at all because of how bad it looked. The floor in the house was dirty, if we walked around in bare feet the bottoms of our feet would turn black and get sticky. There were food splatter stains on the kitchen cabinets. There was mounds of black gross dust on top most surfaces. The blinds on all the windows were damaged so you couldn't close them in various rooms. There was black mold on the patio ceiling. The screen door to the pool area was busted.

Don't stay here

It was a nightmare. Filthy dirty, run-downed, pool only heated for 6 hours and hot tub colder then pool. Was falsely advertised. Had to buy a mop and mop the whole house and mopped the outside patio 3 times to help stop tracking dirt into house. Most blinds were broke or missing pieces. One of the shower heads was broke so water shot everywhere and couldn't use. Rugs were so nasty and had to always wear shoes so your feet didn't get black. Asking for a partial refund for falsely advertising this dump of a place. I am a single retired person who saved up my money to have a great vacation with family and got took on this one. Will definitely be filing a complaint on this property.
