This beautiful villa is situated in the Tuscan Hills gated community along Highway 27 near to Highway 192 and Disney World. It is furnished to a very high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share. It will accommodate up to 8 persons in the 4 bedrooms or 10 persons when the sofa is converted into another double bed.  FREE WiFi access and free phone calls to North America, including Canada and Mexico.    Walt Disney World is just 10 minutes away, and a whole host of shops, restaurants, golf courses and other attractions are within a short drive. This is a perfect base for a dream vacation. Our luxury villa comes complete with all the modern amenities you would expect including 4 bedrooms (2 Masters), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), fully fitted kitchen, sofa bed, air conditioning throughout, 42" wide screen cable television, PlayStation 2, DVD player, Video Recorder, CD player and a large luxury screened swimming pool and spa, which can both be heated (additional charges apply). A pin coded lock box for the villa keys is provided for your convenience. The 2 car garage has been converted into a fantastic Games room complete with pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and an electronic dart board. In addition to all these facilities, the clubhouse contains a fitness suite, tennis court, volleyball court, childrens tot-lot and play area plus many other features which are a must for a great holiday in Florida, and include free WiFi or cable internet access. All these facilities are available free of charge to all our guests for the period of their stay in our villa.
