Sleeping arrangements
Six bedrooms accommodate up to 13 guests. Downstairs, a master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom also enjoys its own ensuite. Upstairs, another king bedroom offers a private retreat, while a double bedroom provides two double beds sharing a Jack & Jill bathroom. A bunk room includes a twin‑over‑double bed connected to the same Jack & Jill layout, and a final master bedroom presents a king bed with an ensuite. All rooms come with comfortable linens, storage, and essential comforts.
Living areas
Two living spaces give everyone a place to spread out. The main family room holds a flat‑screen TV and ample seating for relaxed evenings. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi support remote work or planning sessions. The game room adds extra energy with entertainment options for all ages.
Outdoor living
Step onto a private pool deck where you can swim or add heat for extra comfort. Free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate includes a community water park, lazy river, and clubhouse. Additional amenities feature a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course, driving range, putting green, six clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse.
Neighborhood
Located in Davenport’s Four Corners area, the villa is a short drive from Disney (20 minutes), Universal Studios (≈28 minutes) and SeaWorld (≈25 minutes). Nearby dining and shopping options add convenience to your stay.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.
The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
