Hyvä mesta - hyvä siisti hotelli
Oltiin täällä 1.5 viikkoa ja käytiin Disney-puistoissa. Paikka on siisti, uimallas kiva ja bonuksena pyykkitupa! Tykkäsimme!

Not what the pictures look like, very very dated and old inside. I should have stayed in the hotel I was in. They didn’t have my reservation. My key card kept going out so when we got in late at night then we had to go to the front desk multiple times. I would not stay there again and I definitely recommend looking elsewhere. Over priced and not what they make it seem like on the website. Very disappointed

This property is like a small hidden gem. I plan on staying there for every family trip to Orlando area. It was very reasonably priced.

It was very quiet and the staff was very prompt on fixing small things within the townhome. Such as outside light bulb and handle on the shower.

This property in the inside is really basic and you can tell very outdated but it felt super clean. the cleaning is above and beyond. it is close to a very busy street. lots of close by dinner options and close to a walmart. huge plus. the one thing that i did not like and it may be why i wont book is that they ask you to help with the clean up. they ask in the check out instructions to remove ALL linen except for the mattress pad and place in the hallway. like i had to strip 3 beds before i left and that was so much work! even the garbage we had to drive to a corner dumpster? its too much work for what i had already paid for 2 nights. there are so many other hotels to pick from with a LOT less work.

Thank you for staying with us we are glad that you enjoyed your stay.Regarding your clean up concerns unfortunately we are not a hotel we are a time share property which is much different and basically standard in the industry. However, it is optional for this to be done at check out we ask but this is not required or mandatory. We hope to see you again soon.

Working shower needed
The shower was not in good shape. Water hard to turn on, maintenance had to come to get the water running. When ask to be transferred to another room, the request was declined.

I am sorry that you had issues with your shower however the events took place as listed below: For this the lady requested to move late Saturday night when they were checking out Sunday. Her shower got stuck I told Damian & Juan to call Rolando who went over and fixed it right away.

I love the fact that it’s a town home, it was very spacious for a family of 6. My kids enjoyed just as much as we did maybe even more cause of the pool area. Perfect area, very clean, quiet neighborhood, best amenities, all around great experience I’ll recommend everyone to this place.

Single size beds were very uncomfortable, king size bed was decent. Only have 1 pan to use - luckily we only made eggs. Toaster worked great. Night before check out, we came back around 9pm to find our key reader quit working. The employee didn’t have access to whatever fixes the problem so he needed to go through the window…made me feel real safe after learning it’s that easy to get in.
