Nice hotel very near Disney Springs
Nice hotel very near Disney Springs. Big room and lovely views from the balcony. Quiet and peacefull sleep and whole stay. Nice pool area, bar and good food. Shuttle do Disney's parks. Good wifi. Overall enjoyable stay.

Eine wirklich gute Einrichtung in Disney Springs Nähe . 10 Minuten Fußweg. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber . Personal wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!! Busse zu den Disney Parks fahren nur einmal pro Stunde und man muss die Fahrt täglich mit Uhrzeit Online reservieren,ansonsten wird man nicht mitgenommen!Hotelpersonal ist da aber sehr hilfsbereit! Für uns waren die Shuttle in unserem Paket inklusive,ansonsten kosten die Fahrten 14$ Also bei Buchung darauf achten ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Wonderful property with wonderful, accommodating staff. Perfect location for walking to Disney Springs . The shuttle busses to Disney are well organized and come every hour until park close . Easy booking system, can’t say enough good things about this place. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was great .

Its very close to Disney Springs. We got a fireworks view room and they were very far away so a little hard to see. Overall, not a bad property.

Handicap parking was excellent and parking attendant was helpful with our baggage. The staff at the hotel were helpful and we were happy with our room.

Second time we stayed here when going to Disney. So close to Disney Sorings, shuttle to and from Disney parks. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was great, pool was great!

We apologize you feel you did not get the room that you requested. In looking at your reservation you booked a standard room and we upgraded you to a pool view room with two queen beds.

Online, it indicated that you had a restaurant in the hotel and it was actually a very limited menu that you got from the bar, not an actual restaurant where you could order dinner. Also, you had a breakfast bar for $24.99, but you couldn't just order toast or a bagel. We didn't want that much to eat before leaving on the shuttle bus for the park. The staff was very friendly, the room was quiet and comfortable. We ended up ordering a pizza from an outside source for dinner one night. Free shuttle to the parks was a plus.

Luggage courier person was extremely, extremely professional (gentleman worked on Monday and this morning),and kind, other than that, from the time we entered the hotel we were met with daily taxes and exuberant fees that had not been mentioned during the scheduling of the reservation. The breakfast was $25.00 per person. No one human being eats that amonunt diring one breakfast sitting. No one in their right mind should be paing $1,400.00 a month plus maintenace gees and oher fees to stay at a resort once a year. Other than that we enjoyed the stay I seriously doubt if we would attend another stay and presentation at the IHG and Time Share Presentation...thank you

We chose this property because it was close to disney springs. We wanted to spend the day there. It was only a 15 min walk to get there so thatbwas fantastic! The pool was nice and the room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again :)

We had 1 night to stay before checking into our Disney property hotel. This place was so nice and fit the bill perfectly. We were able to check in early because our room was available and enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lovely pool area and easy waking distance to Disney springs. I would not hesitate to stay here again for multiple nights.

Building and rooms are clean. The hotel is within walking distance to Disney Springs. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool with warm water temperature. Nice free lemonade. Nice free coffee in the morning. Minor issues: (1) my room phone can never reach anyone at the concierge or room service. I always have to go downstairs to talk to someone at the concierge for services. (2) the body wash bottle was not replaced when empty. I had to go to the concierge for room service.
