Need a better property manager

Where do I start: The rental is located in a great location. This is the only positive thing. If appears the property has fallen into a state of disrepair and neglect. It is the small things that add up: The business license is expired as of September 2021 that is posted in the rental. There’s a broken/Wobbly night stand in spare room. Patio door lock was completely broken so you can lock it at all. We did email this in through the contact posted in the rental itself but no response. We called in issue about hot water for shower - we got a text but they never followed through to check on it. Pool had not been cleaned when we arrived. There were pieces of broken plate/bowl at the bottom of the pool we ended up not using the pool the entire 2 weeks we were there! On the day of arrival when given the code for the house, we were given the code of 4 numbers. When we tried to enter the rental it did not work. Why? The reason is you needed to add the check mark on the keypad which was not listed on the instructions. We wasted about 2hrs dealing with this after traveling with two young kids! The carpet has seen better days. I did not take pictures, but it was obvious it had not been vacuumed before we arrived. The toilet seat for the Master Bedroom would close on you, which was very annoying when you’re trying to use it. You are only provided 1 trash bag so be sure to bring some with you, there’s no kitchen sponge in the kitchen, no “starter coffee kit”, these are just minor things they could have provided for the price you pay. If I had to sum up our experience, the location is great and has wonderful possibilities. I don't know the owner or the property manager, but if I could reach out to them before posting this review, I would. Some would say we are being too picky. However, if you are paying for a service, you expect a well maintained and safe environment for your family - it is a vacation a home away from home. We ended up cutting our vacation short and left a day early.

Very bad experience with Check-in

We were supposed to receive the door key by 4pm on check-in day but received it around 10 pm and the worst part is the property owner/manager was not reachable during this time. We were almost going to get a room in hotel. Quite bad experience especially when you are with family

To whom it may concern the house itself was nice only a few complaints one very serious 3 day's without cool air I also have asthma we tried reaching out to maintenance for repairing no one responded back Thank God we found a few fans available also 2 towels in the whole unit trash was never picked up and no toiletries

Good Rental Option

IMPORTANT ISSUES - This unit is in great shape and all of the furnishings were fairly new. It is in a nice gated community and although the pool was smaller than expected, there was privacy. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. LESS IMPORTANT ISSUES: The property management was a total failure. After paying our money, we were told we'd receive an email with the door code and other information. The email never came, so I called the management company and they said they had never heard of our contact and they did NOT represent the property we rented. Mysterously, the door code was texted to us along with the one word "Sorry". We settled in, and found that there was not any soap anywhere. The two promised clothes washing pods were not there, and there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. There was no soap in the kitchen, so we assumed the dishes had not been cleaned with any soap. There were enough beds for six people plus a cot, but there were only enough towels for four people. There were only three coffee cups. The pool was clean, but had too much clorine. Our bathing suits had the colors fade, and any jewlery worn in the pool was immediately tarnished, including my wedding ring. The grill was a nice suprise but the top fell off onto the ground and the burners looked unusual so we decided to cook our dinner in the microwave. One trash bag was provided and it was laughingly small. After all the fees, our two night stay cost about $450 or $225 per night. At this price, I expected the unit to be better stocked. If the property management company can convince you that they've gotten their act together, I would recommend this rental unit.

Right Choice

We were in town for a basketball tournament at the convention center, and this was exactly what we needed. Space to relax and a quiet community where I could get some work done out of town. Property is actually better than the photos.

Wonderful

This home is lovely! It is right across the street from midieval times which was an added treat for our trip! Disney theme parks are less than 20 minutes away from the front door. Communication with Maxwell was also amazing! Maxwell made sure everything was tip top for our stay! We have a disabled teenager and the pool made him laugh and smile so we have made memories with our stay at this home. We can’t thank you enough for going the extra mile for our family! We will be back again🤗
