Beautiful lakefront home with a pool and amazing amenities in Orlando! Enjoy Florida to its fullest by the lake! Take a dip in the pool or grill out with the family while wakeboarders and tubers zip by. Surrounded by everything including the AMC theater, Urban Air park, Whole Foods, etc. The house is just off of I-4 making access to the theme parks and downtown Orlando a breeze. Enjoy a gorgeous sunrise on the dock with your coffee, and get ready for a beautiful day in Orlando!
We call this property "The Hattaway Hideaway" as it truly feels like a hidden paradise in the big city. A half acre gorgeous lakefront property that offers east-facing views of incredible sun rises and moon rises, while the days are filled with a great atmosphere of boaters, water skiing, tubing, and more. Nature lovers are garneted to enjoy the incredible amount of birds regularly seen here including Bald Eagles, Ospreys, Hawks, Cardinals, Blue Jays, Red Wing Black Birds, Egrets, White Pelicans, and more.
The property offers amazing amenities along with the great views and atmosphere. We have kayaks ready for you to explore the lake on! Of course there is a beautiful 8-foot deep pool over-looking the lake (with a child safety fence). If you plan to host a get-together, you're sure to appreciate the large circle driveway which offers ample parking!
This is Florida and it does get hot!! We provide some sunscreen for you to use, and keep in mind the new refrigerator offers filtered water (and craft ice balls for cocktails!) The house itself is ready for you to escape the heat, and enjoy an open living room/kitchen area perfect for relaxing. The large 4K Smart TV on a black wall creates a movie-theater atmosphere in the evenings. Three bedrooms with closets, and two and a half bathrooms offer plenty of places for comfortable living. The laundry room was recently remodeled and we have a brand new washer/dryer for you to use as well!
We absolutely love this property and we're sure you will too! The location takes it over the top, being surrounded by everything you need including: Whole Foods, Publix, Total Wine, AMC Theaters, Cranes Roost Park, Urban Air, the Mall, and tons of dining! If you're headed to theme parks, the property is a stones throw off of Interstate 4. Merge on to I-4 and you're at downtown Orlando in under 15 minutes and theme parks in 30!
Guests have full private access to the house, expect for the garage. Amenities you have access to include:

We closely monitor the app for messages, and strive to respond as quickly as possible. However, we do not interact with guests in-person if possible. We hire licensed professionals if any issues arise during your stay.
CLEANING & SANITATION
Health, Safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process, by professional cleaners, after each check-out.
SAFETY
We have a safety fence installed around the pool. Please note, drowning is the #1 cause of death among children under 4 years old in Florida. As parents, we take this VERY seriously. If you are traveling with kids, please do not remove the safety fence around the pool, and accompany children in the backyard and on the dock AT ALL TIMES. If you are not traveling with kids, we provide instructions on how to quickly remove the fence and put it back if you would like to do so!
