This Windsor Island Resort home blends a practical, comfortable layout with the kind of playful theming that turns a great trip into an unforgettable one.

 

Living space

The ground floor opens into a generous open-plan living area anchored by a large TV and flowing into a fully equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and a hot water kettle. The dining table seats the group together, and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics: cooking oils, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dedicated workspace is also available for anyone who needs to squeeze in a little productivity.

 

Outdoor space

Through the dining area, a screened-in private pool opens onto a furnished patio and balcony where the group can relax, take a dip, or let the kids splash around in the fenced pool area. A child safety fence is in place for added peace of mind. Please note: pool heating is available for an additional charge of $35 per day for the duration of your stay.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The first floor features a king-sized primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom - an ideal retreat after a long day at the parks. Upstairs, a second king bedroom also includes a private ensuite bath. Three themed bedrooms bring the fun: a Harry Potter bunk room, a Spiderman bunk room, and a Minions room complete with a plastic slide. The home sleeps up to 13 guests across 8 beds.

Upstairs, the Avengers-themed game room is a standout feature for kids and adults alike. It comes equipped with two arcade machines, an air hockey table, and an Xbox gaming console - a ready-made entertainment hub for rainy afternoons or post-park wind-down sessions.

Walt Disney World is approximately 8 miles away (around 15 minutes by car), Universal Studios is roughly 23 miles (about 30 minutes), and SeaWorld is around 20 miles (approximately 25 minutes). For shopping, Posner Park Mall is just 6 miles away and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets is about 18 miles. Lake Louisa State Park is also nearby for a quieter outdoor escape.

 

Good to know

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and room-darkening shades in the bedrooms. A Pack 'n Play/travel crib and children's dinnerware are available for families with little ones. Free parking is available on the premises, and the property has a private entrance. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. We provide starter supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - for longer stays, you may need to replenish these. Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM.
