Renovated home was nicely decorated. All mattreses, pillows, bedding, and towels were good quality. TV's in every room were great. Bathrooms are small and older, but functional. Home is very conveniently located to shopping, theme parks, and other activities. Could use some extra dishes in kitchen as parts of the sets were missing or cracked.Otherwise, we had everything we needed to cook full meals. Be aware that the outdoor grill is not gas--but charcoal. We had to buy some supplies for it and left them there at the house . Sandra was an excellent communicator and had a local handy man on call for our needs. The internet was spotty--but it was good to get the kids off of all their devices! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

This was a quiet neighborhood. They welcomed our fur babies. Communication with the host/owner was stellar; they are very nice people and very attentive to customer needs! The house was spacious, very clean, and the temperature was very comfortable. The pool was nice and the fenced backyard really helped with the dogs. Although we did not use the barbecue grill it was nice that this was included.Everything was close, and the Publix grocery store was less than five minutes away. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in close proximity.We will definitely consider staying here again if it is available on future visits.

The home was well stocked, we came prepared with our own laundry detergent and some kitchen gadgets, but the kitchen had most everything. The only thing I would add, the living areas were dark, lamps are suggested, using the over head lights made it too bright, otherwise the home was great. The location for us was perfect as we like that area. I would stay again and would suggest to others to think about this property as your next place to stay. Check in was easy, communication was easy, no issues with our stay.

Delayed check in

I booked this rental for an engagement party and got a prior approval for an hour earlier check in so we’d have time to set up but when we arrive, we were told we couldn’t check in and had to wait an hour for the cleaner to get done cleaning and then the doors were broken. I’m sure we will be blamed for that but the two doors were broken And we had some issues with the grass was not mowed and we have a few people with allergies that came and were complaining about the grass.

Clean and easy to locate

The home was perfect for our 3 day weekend for the holiday. The home had everything you will need including a charcoal grill. The patio furniture could use updating and the secondary beds could use a pillow topper for a comfortable nights sleep. Outside of that it was a good stay. Neighborhood at first glance would make you think differently until you walk into the home.

Spring Break

This was a great place to stay. They have great communication for easy checking in and out, It was affordable, comfortable, and located close to the theme parks. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, and it had a dishwasher. The only negative I could report is the pool is small and could’ve used to be vacuumed. Overall I would stay here again.

Great stay!

The home was lovely and perfect for our family. We traveled with our dog and the fenced in yard was wonderful for him to run and play. The home was close to restaurants, shopping, and the ball fields. (We were there for spring baseball). We would definitely book this property again!

Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater vacation

The home has two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. Very spacious. The kitchen was very small and there weren't many extras. Because the area is overpopulated you can't just go get a coffee and be on your way, so bring your coffee maker or use their k-cup. We used the tea pot and settled for tea most days.The area is so busy that it takes so long to get out of the area, shop, or find a place to eat. The pool is small, and patio furniture needs to be updated. We appreciated the laundry, tv's in each bedroom, the fenced in yard for our dog, and the comforts of a house.It was nice to feel at home at the end of a long day and not have to come back to a loud hotel room.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Great location, everything we needed was close by. Northeast Regional Park is close by with a walking path, dog park, sports fields and playground. Will definitely book again.

My experience

The house is very pretty, good for a small family gathering. However, we couldn’t enjoy the pool because it was dirty. I would give cleanliness 5/10 because of the pool, the fans were dusty, and there were roaches. Also, if you have pets, ask if you will be charge a pet fee; it is not listed in the rules and guidelines, but they wanted to charge a pet fee after we left the house and there was no specification about that

Springbreak getaway

Our family had a great stay. The property was very clean and well maintained. It is fully fenced in and private which was convenient for us as we traveled with our fur babies. It was conveniently located to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. The neighborhood was safe, easy checkin process and the host was responsive. Overall a wonderful experience! House is as described in listing. Area was easy to navigate. Personally I would prefer for the heat option for the pool to be separate instead of included. This way if you choose to pay it is on 24/7 while you are there vs for a specific timeframe each day. There was a chain on the master fan that would make a noise in the night, but we never called or said anything about it. The one time we did call there was fast and friendly response.

Wonderful Pool Home Near Disney World

We thought the house was lovely, clean & it had amenities such as a heated pool, allowed for our doggo to feel at home & an owner who was easily accessible. A great value for people like us who have traveled the world & have seen the best & the worst. A+
