Cleanliness, guest service and safety are our primary concern! We take special care to ensure the home is completely sanitized after each stay by our professional cleaning team, inspected by management and documented using industry-leading technology. We even go as far as to utilize ultraviolet sanitizers to sanitize all remote controls after each stay! If you find anything that is not up to these cleanliness standards, or if anything seems out of place, please message us as soon as you discover.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 10 AM. Champions Gate is a secure community with guards at all entries. All drivers will need to be added to the guest list prior to arrival and provide I.D. at the guard shack. You will be issued an orange guest pass which will also provide admission to the club houses.



Up to 2 DOGS are allowed for a fee of $50

per pet, per night. No dangerous breeds. Dogs must never be left in the home unattended unless locked in a crate. Must be on a leash when leaving the property and owner must maintain control of the animal at all times. Booking guest is responsible for any damage to the property or any other issues caused by pets brought to the property.



BEDROOMS: Theme Park Vacation Homes designs our properties to provide the best accommodations for large groups! Our mix of luxury furniture in the adult rooms, living & dining rooms, paired with fun themed kids room makes the most out of sleeping and living arrangements for groups containing all age ranges. This home sleeps 14 guests in 9 beds . Flat screen smart TVs are located in each adult bedroom, allowing you to login to your favorite streaming service!

There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 with queen sized beds, 2 kids rooms; 1 Disney room with 2 singles and the Lego room with twin-over-full bunk beds (sleeps 6 children). The kids bedrooms have dvd players



BATHROOMS: All 5 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, body wash), toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There are hair dryers under the sinks in the bathrooms.



Please note that toiletries are limited. If you have a multi-day stay or large group you will need to bring additional supplies.



We utilize "PhoneSoap" ultraviolet sanitizers to clean and sanitize all TV and game console controllers after each stay!

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware and has a full line of appliances as well as blender and drip coffee maker. The dining area has seating for 8 adults at the dining room table and 4 at the bar, along with all the necessary dinnerware and dining set.



OUTDOOR SPACE: Private pool & jacuzzi on site with covered outdoor dining table and sun loungers.

Additional charge for jacuzzi heat is $50 per night and grill ($70 per tank).



Free parking directly in front of house in the driveway for 2 vehicles. You may park additional vehicles in the street, please be careful not to block driveways or fire hydrants.

Postal Delivery

• USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only AMAZON, UPS and FEDEX will deliver to the doorstep.

We will provide toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and sundries in limited quantities, based on the length of your stay, however, we can not offer unlimited supplies for all parties.
