You’ll have exclusive access to the entire 15-bedroom home, including the private pool with hot tub, BBQ area, game room, movie room, and all themed bedrooms — perfect for large families or groups.



Check-in is fully self-service with a secure smart lock – no need to coordinate keys or wait for anyone!



As a guest, you’ll also enjoy full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities, including:

• Pool, spa, and kid’s splash pad – open from dawn to dusk

• Fitness center – open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Please check with the resort upon arrival, as hours may change without prior notice.



Free parking is available in the garage and driveway.

Note: Overnight parking at the clubhouse is not permitted.

Check-in:

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. You’ll enter with a smart lock code (no physical key).



Registered Guests Only:

Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted.



Respect Quiet Hours:

10:00 PM – 8:00 AM



No Pets:

Unauthorized pets will incur a $2000 fine + possible resort fines.



No Smoking:

No smoking inside the home (including tobacco, cannabis, or vapes). $2500 fine will apply.



Pool Heating:

Available for an extra cost (request at least 48 hours before). Minimum 2-day use.

Max temp: 90°F (32°C).



Pool Area Maintenance:

We perform weekly maintenance from the backyard (not inside). We respect your privacy.



Trash Disposal:

Use the large bin at the entrance of the house.

Trash must be in sealed plastic bags. Paper bags or loose garbage will not be picked up and may result in fines from the HOA.



Damage & Forgotten Items:

Items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Forgotten item return has a $150 admin fee + shipping cost.



Starter Supplies:

We provide essentials for your first days (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.).

For longer stays, please purchase additional supplies as needed.



BBQ Grill:

The house includes a grill and there’s no extra charge to use it—no surprise fees here, just good vibes and BBQ dreams 😎 Just don’t forget to bring your gas… and of course, the meat! We provide the grill, you bring the feast.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. However, we’re just a message away if you need anything. Friendly, responsive, and always happy to help.
