Hello Debra, I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay at Embassy Suites Sunset Walk. It sounds like you just went there on opening day. We do have our liquor license and the bar is open. We do have the cocktail parties. Therre are 5 buildings and two are open. Building two is right next to the pool. Building one is near the pool and it is on the other side of the building as you described. We hope you return to try us out again and i am sure you will love it.

We do not know what room number you are in to follow up with you as you did not give us your name or room number.

Dear Carla,I find that hard to believe as we have a very strict policy of calling the police if there is the slightest ounce of trouble. You can see in our other reviews where people complain that the police are here. We have a no tolerence policy for threats.
