Just three miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, this family townhouse offers a restful base for days spent between resort adventures, park magic, and evenings by your own heated splash pool.
Living spaces
Inside, an open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating space for everyone to unwind together. Curl up on the plush seating for movie night on the 55-inch HDTV or share meals around the dining table after a day at the parks. The kitchen is fully equipped with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked favorites.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms provide comfort and privacy for up to seven guests. Downstairs, a queen bedroom with an en suite bath offers easy access for those who prefer fewer stairs. Upstairs, the king master suite features a walk-in closet and private bathroom, while the Mickey-themed kids’ room delights with colorful murals, a twin and full bed, and an Xbox console for games before bedtime.

Step through sliding doors to your private fenced patio with a heated splash pool, open year-round. Lounge under the Florida sun, enjoy a quiet swim, or simply relax as the day winds down. Guests also enjoy free access to Windsor Hills Resort amenities, including a pool, waterslides, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, and playground.

Everything is ready for family travel, crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, and baby safety gates are provided, along with a washer, dryer, and central air conditioning. Thoughtful touches like extra pillows, hangers, and linens help you settle in easily.

This townhouse is only minutes to the entrance of Walt Disney World. It`s in the closest vacation rental home site to the Disney property.
For your convenience, there`s a Walmart Supercenter just 1 mile away and a Super Target 3 miles away. There are dozens of restaurants within that 3 mile radius.
The clubhouse and main pool are very close, only a 3 minute walk. Close enough to walk but far enough so you can`t hear it from your private pool.

Cleaning and Damages
> Excessive cleaning after check-out will result in extra cleaning fee.
> Guests are responsible for damages.
> Guests must select either a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. The refundable security deposit will be held for 7 days post check-out and will be refunded provided there are no damages. The damage waiver is recommended.
RENTAL AGREEMENT
1: RESERVATION INFORMATION
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is after check-in time on the first day of your reservation. Sometimes early check-in is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out time is before check-out time on the last day of your reservation. Sometimes late check-out is available and is easy to purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. Late fees will be charged for departures after check-out time that did not purchase a late check-out.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes able to be accommodated with an easy purchase on your Happy Guest reservation page. If you have a need to check-in early or check-out late, you can also consider adjusting your reservation dates to be one day earlier or later so you have the place for as long as you need it.
NO REFUNDS
This Rental Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you, the Guest and the Owner or Manager of the property. Your reservation binds you to a specific period of time. There should be no expectation of refund and there will be no refund or relocation because you are disappointed with the property you have chosen to rent or in the event that something associated with the property is not working to your satisfaction. There will be no refunds or compensation for: Acts of God, Mother Nature, acts of war or government agencies, road maintenance, gas shortages, power outages or water outages. Standard cancellation policies always apply. Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended.
2: ID VERIFICATION
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
Guests are required to complete the Happy Guest check-in and provide a photographed copy of their government-issued photo ID, with the Guest’s face, address, date of birth and photo clearly visible and in focus. The reservation billing information must match the information on the government-issued ID of the Guest making the reservation. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who do not furnish this information. In the event that a Guest refuses to provide their valid, government-issued ID after making a reservation, the Guest’s reservation will not be granted information to enter the apartment and your cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the cancellation information on your reservation.
BACKGROUND SCREENING
We may obtain background reports from consumer reporting agencies or otherwise review publicly available information about you, including sexual offender registration lists or databases compiling information about criminal convictions. By making a reservation, you authorize the use of your personal information (including name, address, date of birth, or other identifying information) to obtain these reports, and agree that we may, in our sole discretion, suspend, cancel, block, restrict or terminate your access to our services or reservations made or contemplated, based on our evaluation of such reports.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We may refuse service to any individual for any reason(s) that does not violate federal or state laws.
