🚘 By Car: The most convenient way to get around. Enjoy free on-site parking plus additional street parking right outside the home.
🚕 Ride Share: Uber and Lyft are widely available for quick, affordable rides to the parks, outlets, and restaurants nearby.
🛍️ Nearby Essentials: Grocery stores, cafés, and shopping centers are within a few minutes’ drive. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35–40 minutes away ✈️.

~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

~AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.
Our villa is perfect for the upcoming Spring season with complimentary pool heating in April. We are also gearing up for the next three important holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day, offering a comfortable haven for celebration and relaxation.

Davenport also boasts a wonderful array of bars and restaurants. We recommend dining at Victoria & Albert's for a touch of elegance or Citricos, a local favorite for seafood.
For grocery needs, there are multiple stores and shopping centers within a few minutes’ drive. Outlet shopping, theme parks, and eateries are accessible through a short Uber or Lyft ride.
