Peaceful 4BD-Regal Palms Resort-Disney-WaterPark

This townhome is located inside the Regal Palms Resort only 11 miles from Disney. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Davenport townhouse is perfect for your next family vacation. Spend the day golfing or exploring Disney Parks and Universal Studios. If you feel like staying closer to the vacation rental, there are plenty of resort amenities like a lazy river, waterslide, as well as an on-site restaurant, tiki bar , an indoor playground, gym and an ice cream shop. You'll be within a short drive to all major attractions in Orlando. Perfect for both the little ones and the kids at heart.

In order to access the community, you will need a parking pass and guest wristbands. The front desk is open 24/7, and located at: 2700 Sand Mine Rd, Davenport, FL 33897. Regal Palms charges a resort fee of $20 +tax per day (not per person), which must be paid DIRECTLY TO THE RESORT at check in, and is NOT included in your AirBnB booking fee. This fee gives you access to the amenities, including:

- Water slide (must be 48 in. tall to ride)

For the comfort of our guests, we provide 3 toilet paper,1 shampo,1 conditioner, 1 Body lotion and 2 soap in hotel size per bathroom. We also offer a dish washing kit that has 1 detergent, 1 sponge, 4 dishwasher soap, 1 paper towel roll, 1 package of napkins and 6 trash bag.
Coffe Bar available With 4 individuals coffee polder bag, Sugar, stevia and coffee mate.

We recommend you and your guests to bring anything you desire to make your trip even more enjoyable!

Séjour agréable

toujours agréable être sur ce resort. Les gens sont gentils, il y a beaucoup d’activités et c’est tranquille. Le condo était bien en général, les lits sont confortables, il manque un peu d’ustensiles à cuisson (spatules, pinces en métal, Linges à vaisselle) mais sinon c’était parfait ! Je relouerais n’importe quand !

Spacious and Clean Condo

When you enter the community, it is beautiful and secure. The condo is clean and very spacious. The pictures look just like the listing. The kitchen supplies are a little worn but adequate. They supply you with pool towels and noodles for the pool and seem to have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

A slight deviation

Looking online, this place seemed perfect for our 3 night stay for our family trip to universal. The rooms were spacious and we fit great. The multiple bathrooms was wonderful. We used the washer and dryer to stay on top of laundry- great having it right by the bedrooms. There are a few downsides that we weren’t aware of. The resort charges a $20/night plus tax resort fee. Also we received an email a few days prior to our visit outlining that we were only provided a bar of soap, small hotel sized shampoo and conditioner per bathroom, and other very limited supplies like dish soap etc. Luckily we found out before hand and were able to pack what we needed as a party of ten. This was first experience having limited and small amount of products. We also were disappointed with the pool. It was rather dirty and smaller than the pictures provided. The beds and pillows felt cheap and there was a concern that the house was cleaned fully. We found hairs in the sink and shower. The toilet seats were also extremely loose in two bathrooms and required us to hand tighten. Overall- we give a 3 star review given our experience.

Regal Palms Review

When we were planning our family trip to the Orlando area, we considered many options and ultimately landed at Regal Palms and the unit, in particular. We needed something to accommodate our need for multiple private rooms, where we could all be together at night in a common area, and that was a reasonable distance from the Disney parks. This unit and property checked all the boxes. To be fair, let me separate the unit and the property. The unit was exactly as described online. It was ready for us on arrival. It was clean and simply decorated. Very minor preventive maintenance was needed while we were there and the owner communicated with us prior to, and after it was complete. If you settle into Regal Palms, I would highly recommend this unit. As for Regal Palms as a property, is was okay. Check-in was easy. We expected a larger pool area based on the online pictures, but we never had an issue finding chairs, there was room in the pool, the lazy river wasn't overcrowded. The restaurant was a major disappointment based on how it was described online. There's no wait staff, so you order at a bar and the food is run out from the kitchen. The menu is limited. What we ate was good. The drinks were very good. Again, just know that you're not getting a true "pub and restaurant" if you choose to stay here. The fitness center was mostly a bust. Only two treadmills, of which one was not working. Any time we had questions, the front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The room is not very clean when we arrive. The toaster on the kitchen is broken, there are not enough dishes, cups, chairs for 10 people In the kids room doesn’t work central light In the community you need to drive to the pool or walk 15 minutes. Hot tub not worked at all. Grill far away too

The best getaway!

Was looking for something in the Orlando area, for a spring break mini vacation with lots of kids and family. This was the perfect location! Close to plenty of attractions and entertainment, but not directly in the busy part of town. My kids LOVED the amenities offered by the resort, especially the pool! House smelled clean and fresh when we walked in and the beds were so comfortable, would recommend again and again!

Nice condo near Disney.

Very clean, modern condo. Lots of space, host was helpful. Resort has a very nice pool area. Close enough to Disney, it was maybe 30 to 40 minutes depending on the time of day. An easy drive and nice to get away from the bustle occasionally. Very comfortable!
