Our luxury 4 bedroom home is located within the top rated community of Indian Creek

The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is fully Air-conditioned throughout keeping the villa cool in the warm Florida weather.

The tastefully furnished lounge has two large comfortable sofas and is equipped with a 55” flat screen TV and Blu Ray player.

The dining room is perfect for a formal or informal meal.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make you feel right at home. It has a cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker,etc. There are more than sufficient plates/utensils for all of your party. There is also a washer and dryer in the utility room.

The en-suite master bedroom is furnished to a high standard with a King sized bed and a TV.

Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and Tv

Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two twin beds and TVs.

The pool, spa and deck area is the ultimate place to relax and soak up some sun. The sun loungers, chairs and table are great for outside entertainment and dining. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

The game room has a pool table, Foosball, air hockey, sofa, and stereo.

There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Just across the street you’ll find a large open soccer field and jungle gym.

This villa has a high repeat booking rate, so please reserve early to avoid disappointment.
