Come escape into this cozy 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat. Featuring four bedrooms this house can sleep 10 guests with the following configuration: Bedroom 1 has a Full Bed, Bedroom 2 has a King Bed, Bedroom 3 has Full and a Single and Bedroom 4 has a Full and a Single. Refresh yourself after a long day at the theme parks in the quiet private screened-in pool or watch your favorite movie.

Note: The community permits each property up to 6 vehicles.

The home is located inside a secured gated and manned community including Oasis Clubhouse access with amenities including: Swimming Pool, Lazy river, Quiet Pool & Jacuzzi Tub, Childrens Splash Zone, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Movie Theater, Tennis Courts, restaurant, Bar, Beach Volleyball Court, Arcade Room, Golf Club.

The property management company requires a $500 security deposit. This is just a hold placed on your credit card, required 2 days before your arrival and released after your stay once the unit is inspected. The management company has to right to cancel your booking at any time should they not receive the security deposit authorization. Please refer to our legal agreement for more details, which should be signed upon booking.

At Elevated Stays, we genuinely strive to create a unique experience for our guests. That comes with dedicated hospitality from a local crew who settles for nothing less than an unforgettable trip. If you wish to use the onsite BBQ grill we charge a one-time $40 (plus tax) fee to use throughout your stay, which covers gas and cleaning of the grill. The heating services for the private pool are an additional $40 (plus tax) daily charge and need to be arranged for the entire booking stay. We need 4 days' notice prior to arrival to ensure the pool is turned on and heated. The pool heater works through heat exchange (not an instant gas heater) and may not function sufficiently due to external weather circumstances. Occasionally the pool heaters do malfunction, please notify us if this occurs so we can inform pool maintenance. The temperatures are set to 83 degrees for the pool. We are not equipped like a hotel, and we do not provide a linen service during your stay, although we do provide a few initial starter supplies such as (5) dishwashing pods, (5) laundry pods, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) paper towel, (1) sponge, (1) cleaning spray, (5) trash bags, hand soap, dawn dish soap, coffee/creamer/sugar, vegetable oil/salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies during their stay.

Our property is consistently booked with back-to-back reservations, leaving us little flexibility to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Our cleaning staff requires ample time to prepare the property for the next guest. We kindly request that you do not expect early check-ins or late check-outs. While we understand that certain circumstances may require adjustments, we can only confirm a late check-out or early check-in 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival/departure if available and a rate of $40 (plus tax) per hour will apply. In the event that the guest has not arranged a late checkout and they have not departed the property on the date of departure, at the checkout time, the guest will be charged a penalty fee as follows: 15 minutes after check-out time guest will sustain a $250 fee, 30 minutes after check-out time is a $500 fee, and 45 minutes or more $1,000.
