Inside, the spacious living area invites you to sink into the couch, turn on the large TV, and let the kids recount their adventures from the themed bedrooms. Every corner of this townhouse feels like a home away from home, ready for families and groups to unwind together.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The downstairs primary bedroom offers a king‑sized bed, while the upstairs primary bedroom provides a queen‑sized bed for a peaceful retreat. Two themed rooms—one “Star Wars” and one “Harry Potter”—each feature twin beds that spark imagination for younger travelers. All rooms are furnished for comfort and easy rest.



Resort amenities

Step into Regal Palms Resort & Spa and you’ll find a large pool with a slide and lazy river, perfect for splashing on warm afternoons. Little ones can explore the indoor playground, while adults stay active in the well‑equipped gym. When hunger strikes, the on‑site restaurant and bar serve a variety of meals, and an ice‑cream shop offers a sweet treat to end the day.



Living space & kitchen

The open‑plan living area is designed for gathering, whether you’re watching a movie or playing board games. A cozy breakfast nook sits just off the full kitchen, which boasts stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to prepare home‑cooked meals. A separate dining area provides a comfortable spot for shared meals, whether you’re enjoying a feast you’ve made or takeout from nearby eateries.



Outdoor living

A small patio with seating for two offers a quiet spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing. The private entrance adds an extra layer of convenience and privacy, while free parking makes arrivals and departures hassle‑free.



Location & accessibility

Located in Davenport, the townhouse is a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. Easy access to I‑4 and I‑192 keeps you connected to the region, and Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive away, simplifying travel plans.



Additional conveniences

A free washer and dryer let you pack light and keep clothes fresh. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper are provided, ensuring a seamless stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.

Regal Palms Resort Orlando offers a quiet retreat off the beaten path where you can spread out and enjoy in our spacious accommodation. This Orlando Florida Community is the perfect environment for guests looking for Orlando vacations with a home away from home feel, combining a wide array of activities and relaxing amenities. Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
