The home offers you a large South-facing, optionally heated, private pool and spa with a lanai. This home has a semi-private retreat with ample patio furniture and a pool safety fence for the littles in your group.

You will feel right at home with the luxurious designs, upgraded furniture, and bright colors throughout this home. This open-concept living area boasts leather seating, and there will be a place for everyone. Enjoy a movie or catch up on your show on the perfectly positioned 60" smart TV. There is also a built-in Desk Area for you to quickly check in on emails.
This home has everything you need, including all the essentials and tons of upgraded small appliances, complete with an Instant Pot. You will be spoiled with all the high-end cookware, dinnerware, and every utensil you can imagine. Any gourmet chef would envy the kitchen and its appointments. This kitchen even has luxuries like stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You don't need to just look at the pool through the wall of glass, but accessing the pool area is easy right from the dining and living area.

The Dining Area seats up to Eight Guests, and the kitchen island offers additional seating for Four (4) more.

Upstairs, you will find the second Living Area, which has a 55" smart TV and ample seating for the family.

Solterra Resort has a Leisure Patron Resort Fee payable on-site by credit card. The fee is $35 plus tax for up to 12 guests, and $45 plus tax for 12+ guests per household per stay. The fee grants access to the resort pool, lazy river, gym, and tennis courts. This is a one-time single payment for your whole group and covers you for the entire stay.

*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
