The formal living area is in the back of the villa and has a huge L shaped sofa.

Following through the villa is the open-plan kitchen with a kitchen bar seating five people. The kitchen overlooks the dining area with a modern table seating six people. ,
Bedrooms - The Master bedroom is downstairs, at the back of the villa, which contains a King-size bed and an en-suite full bathroom. King bedroom 2 is immediately to the right of the front door and also has full en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs. Bedroom 3 is to the back of the house and has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is in the middle and has bunk beds with the bottom bunk being a double bed and the top bunk being a single bed. Bedroom five has two twin/single beds. upstairs shares the third full bathroom.
Outdoor Living - The pool deck has a pool and an outdoor dining table seating six people with an umbrella for much needed shade so you can ensure the whole family can have breaks from the beautiful Florida sun.
Entertainment - Next to the laundry area is the games room, equipped with a pool table and table football so that the whole family can get together during the periods of down time and have plenty of fun.
