Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

The main family room, kitchen, and dining area connect naturally, creating a shared hub for time together. A sectional sofa and 65 inch HDTV support relaxed movie nights, while large glass doors frame views of the pool area. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door offers privacy for remote work, and a queen pull-out bed provides extra sleeping space when needed.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms accommodate up to 14 guests. The first-floor master suite includes a king bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and bidet, plus direct pool access. A second master suite upstairs features another king bed and a private bathroom. Additional rooms include a Mickey-themed bedroom with twin beds, a beach-themed bedroom with two queen beds, and a fifth bedroom with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and ceiling fan, with ample storage throughout.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation, supported by a central island and adjacent dining table that keep everyone close. Whether preparing breakfast before heading to nearby attractions or settling in for a simple dinner at home, the layout encourages connection and convenience.
Game room and indoor activities
An A/C game room brings a wide range of entertainment with arcade games, ping pong, a pool table, foosball, a Smart TV, and board games. Younger guests have their own indoor children’s playroom with toys, books, and games, along with life size games and family amenities including a crib, Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s books and toys, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates.
Outdoor living
The screened-in private outdoor pool and spa are available year-round, with optional heating for an additional fee. Outdoor seating, dining space, and a gas BBQ grill make it easy to unwind between outings. A half bathroom with direct pool access adds convenience, and the private patio and backyard offer space to relax. Lake access and an outdoor playground provide additional ways to enjoy time outside.

You’ll have wifi, an Ethernet connection, central air conditioning, central heating, room-darkening shades, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Home safety features include exterior security cameras that face outside, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Free driveway parking for four vehicles and free street parking add ease. Guests also have free resort access, including a shared gym nearby. The property is pet-friendly and allows long term stays.
