Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom paired with a shared bathroom, perfect for a quieter night or a guest suite. Upstairs the home expands to five bedrooms and four bathrooms, each offering ample space for families or groups to unwind after a day at the parks.



Living spaces

The main family room centers around a large flat‑screen TV and plush leather recliners, creating a cozy spot for movie nights or game‑time chatter. A dedicated game room houses a pool table, adding a playful touch for all ages.



Outdoor living

Step out to a private pool framed by loungers, where you can dip in the water or add heat for a warm soak after sunset. Beyond your yard, the ChampionsGate community welcomes you to a resort‑style pool with a water slide, lazy river, tiki bar, and a separate water park that’s free for guests. Cabanas, volleyball courts, a fitness center, movie theater, playground, and extensive golf facilities—including an 18‑hole course, driving range, putting green, and clubhouse—ensure endless options without leaving the grounds.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen shines with stainless‑steel appliances and a stocked pantry, ready for big breakfasts or quick snacks before heading out. A large dining table bridges indoor and outdoor spaces, letting you enjoy meals under the Florida sky.

Just a 12‑minute drive brings you to Disney, while Universal Studios and SeaWorld sit 22 and 20 minutes away respectively. Nearby dining offers world‑class meals within a couple of miles, so you can explore local flavors whenever you wish.



With a free washer and dryer on site, you’ll have everything needed for a comfortable, hassle‑free stay. Guest Access:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles. Up to (3) in the driveway and (1) on the street.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
