This massive 6-bedroom villa in the gated Solara Resort is built for fun. Sleeping up to 15 guests, it features a private splash pool, epic themed rooms (Star Wars & Disney!), and access to the famous Solara FlowRider surfing simulator.



The Space:

With a modern facade, high-end finishes, and a private courtyard pool, this home accommodates 15 guests without compromising on style or comfort.



Step into a bright, airy living space defined by clean lines and coastal-modern decor. The open-concept ground floor is designed for gathering. A massive sectional sofa faces the Smart TV for movie nights, while the gourmet kitchen (quartz counters, stainless appliances) stands ready for big family breakfasts. The oversized island and dining table ensure everyone has a seat. Wall-to-wall glass sliders open the living room completely to the screened lanai, creating a seamless flow to the pool deck.



Great outdoor furniture makes the patio ready for delicious alfresco dishes and board game nights. There is a convenient half-bath with double access from the lanai and from the dining room.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

Solara Resort is a gated, resort-style community located off of US-192 with easy access from Westside Blvd. or Florence Villa Grove Rd. and nearby highways I-4, US-27 and 429. It’s just about 8 miles from the Disney attraction parks complex.



The Grand Clubhouse features an on-site restaurant and bar, coffee bar, ice cream parlor, sundries store, fitness center, indoor and outdoor lounges, business center, an outdoor fitness lawn, children’s playground, and a tween/teen hangout center.



This luxury resort is highlighted by a competition-level FlowRider Surfing Simulator, a zero-entry pool, children’s splash pad, water slides, and pool bar.



Guests can also have fun and challenges with family and friends in the game courts: basketball, beach volleyball, and a full-size soccer field.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.



✦ Must be 21 years old to make a reservation.



✦ Refundable Damage Deposit:

A refundable damage deposit of $400.00 will be held on your payment method 2 days before arrival as a precaution. It will be fully refunded within 48 hours after check-out, provided no damages are reported.

We have full-time handymen, managers, inspectors, and housekeeping staff available within our company schedule to support you.
