On first inspection after a very long journey, the villa seemed perfectly acceptable however, we soon realised a number of issues the main one was that the patio door did not lock. This is reported but despite numerous attempts, this did not actually get fixed adequately until the day before we came home. One of the beds was broken when we arrived, the foot of the bed had to come away from the bedframe and was on bricks - the company sent round someone to repair it and it ended up being on wood instead of bricks. There was a huge crack in the shower base to one of the showers - someone came round to take a look and the fix was to put a shower mat in the shower. We had a cockroach infestation and other bugs (they gave us a spray! It needed some sort of fogger )z we even had an actual mushroom growing at the base of our shower! All the windows are green with algae. Issues were reported during our stay and the company were very responsive, always ending in "we will update you" - although they never did without me chasing. I was emailing virtually every day as I was so concerned that the villa was not secure.

Overall it would have been a great stay if it wasn’t for a few things that could have been taken care of prior not just for us but for others who have stayed there recently because the concerns are not new.1. Don’t advertise a pool table when the table has a broken leg which appears to have been there for a while and cannot be used.2. Lights inside pool do not turn on and when asked how to turn on no respond was given until day before we had to leave3. Sliding door to pool does not lock4. While family was enjoying the pool in early afternoon pool guy came to clean and add chlorine to pool and family had to leave pool area for over an hour. Not good timing.5. Early morning lawn crew cut grass and we walked into a car parked in driveway with grass and dirt all over the car.*** prior to all above we had to wait an additional hr and 15 mins at the gate before being allowed to enter as Vacasa had yet to send gate QR code .Other than above all was good

Horrible stay

The house looked nice. But after we checked in it was not. We checked in late. Came down the next morning to roaches everywhere. Tried getting in touch with the host. No response, called vacassa. They said someone would be in touch soon. Never heard from them. 2 of the 5 tvs worked, the beds were dirty and stained. I have pics of all of this. Scared to use kitchen utensils as we opened the dishwasher and roaches were even in there. Probably should have went with a hotel room. Vacassa did not follow up until a week after we got home. I would NOT recommend this property to anybody. I spoke to vacassa 4x Always got the response somebody will be out soon. Never happened. Very disappointed. We have never had a problem with any properties we have stayed at thru VRBO. This was a first. I am unable to submit videos but I have them if anybody needs them

Wonderful place to stay

I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but this property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every day after visiting many of the nearby attractions. The property was clean, in good repair, had everything we needed, and provided our family with all the comforts of home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house

House was clean, and beautifully decorated too. Only negative was the jets on the spa were cold even when we paid for the pool/spa to be heated. We could not use it because it was way too cold.

Disney trip

About 30-40 mins from Disney. We wish it was closer. But the house was CLEAN. Bedrooms and floor plan gave everyone privacy and space. My wife loved how the bedrooms were spaced out giving everyone their own bathroom. Would stay here again.

Where to start…

This property needs to be removed from rentals until everything is fixed in there. 1. Found a dead roach in one of the downstairs bedrooms. 2. Found a live roach walking around the kitchen 3. back patio door was broken and didn’t lock. Had to use things around the house to secure it. 4. Washer in the laundry room turned on, on its own and felt like it was running. 5. A few of the toilets need to be looked at since they seem to be running all the time. Like the tank doesn’t fill with water or something. 6. A huge leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms,, plaster peeling from the ceiling, visible leak stains on the ceiling. 7. Footprints on the half wall in the upstairs den + lots of stains on the walls. 8. Called and texted about all these issues and was told someone would come out but never heard back. When I asked for an update, I was met with a disrespectful tone… Will not be staying here again.

Beautiful Large Home

My girl cousins and I plan a trip every year to stay connected and enjoy each other's company. We chose this home because we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was small but just right. The “spa” was not what we expected as a “hot tub” but after speaking to property management they explained it to us. That there is an extra fee for it to be hot. We enjoyed the open concept of the home. The only real issue we had was the glass door lock to the pool area does not lock. As 6 women staying in thisunsafe wwomen

Great vacation get away.

Very clean and management kept in contact by email and text. Lots of room for everyone and pool was fun for the girls. Everything needed was available… Will definitely use again on our next Orlando cheer competition…

Great property

The property was great, having 5 bedrooms and 5 washrooms was the best! Very large home, we were 8 adults and it did not feel crammed. The resort pool was only 2 mins away which was great on our last few days. The pool at the house was nice too when we got back from the parks at night. I would highly recommend this place!
