The space
This recently updated villa is beautiful and pet friendly. It is a corner lot with no back door neighbors. The south facing pool guarantees you sun for those Florida sun worshippers! Spend a day at the parks or stay home and grill out on the pool deck with our complimentary propane grill. The villa has two living/lounging areas, a dining room & breakfast area. There are two queen rooms which are ensuites. The master features stand up shower and a garden tub. The second master features a full bath. Additionally there is a room with two twin beds and a queen room which share a full bathroom with the twin room. There is a sleeper sofa to accomodate 2 more. The villa is open and airy. It is located in a 24/7 gated community in a dedicated wetlands. Sand Hill Cranes meander through the community. It is quiet yet only minutes away from everything you might need or want.
